    I have been trying to contact Plaspro since March 14, 2022. I have e-mailed and called. It's almost as if the business is non-existent, but while trying to contact customer service, I got a hold of a person in the company's technical support division. This is a copy of the original e-mail I submitted, on behalf of my husband and I: We had a major living room remodel done on our home, the spring/summer of 2013. The last step was the doors. We had a contractor purchase and install front and back doors to the outside. As per your "Care & Maintenance" article, all the guidelines were followed and it appears the door has a 25-year warranty. Just recently, part of the trim on our front fiberglass door has started separating. It's only in one spot, that I can tell, but it's separating at a rapid rate. I am attaching several photos. One of them shows how the door is set up (we have a storm door, so the fiberglass door is not exposed to the elements). The name of the contractor is on the receipt. There is a picture of the door we selected in the original catalog and I have included several pictures of the damage. We would like to address the issue before the issue worsens. I tried contacting the vendor that the door was purchased from, but it looks like they've gone out of business. I would like to have someone from the company (or behalf of the company), come out and fix the door before the glass falls out.
