    Love this product! Its been helping me so much with my hot flashes and brain fog. Ive been recommending it to other ladies. I also love that it doesnt have a bad taste to it. Well worth the price!!

    I've been using the &ME product for a few months now and actually saw and felt results within the first 2 weeks! My mood is better, I sleep better, my digestive system is more regular and therefore I have lost some weight and my night sweats are gone. I really couldn't ask for more, a great boost to jump starting my overall health journey in this new chapter. Looking forward to trying other Dr. ************************ products!

    Been using dr. ***** **** for 6 months and been feeling good . Less joint pain and better sleep. You have to give it time dont give up too soon. It takes time but works.

    I was not sure what to think trying this supplement but perimenopause had things all out of whack. I did the initial 30 days to just see what would happen. Most notably my emotions seemed to be back to normal and even keel. I even passed some along to my sister to have her give it a try.

    I have been using &Me for several months now and it seems to have helped with some perimenopausal symptoms, particularly energy and hormonal fluctuations (I use it in conjunction with HRT). Some of the other products I tried didnt do anything for me. But the company does deliver on what they say they will do and does back their 30 day satisfaction guarantee. It is also easy to cancel subscriptions.
