FRAUD On 7/31/2019, my first visit at her office, ********* informed me that I needed deep cleaning and my insurance did not cover laser treatment and charged me ***** I did not have good experience with laser and regretted to pay for the treatment. On 7/28/2022, I went to *********'s office for regular cleaning. ********* informed me that I had serious problems with my teeth and I needed to pay her another *********** for laser cleaning which my insurance did not cover. Alternatively to pay about $200 for some "flush cleaning." ********* intentionally and specifically stated that: 1. My insurance did not cover laser and did not cover "flush cleaning" and I had to pay myself. 2. My insurance only covered once out of 24 months for deep cleaning. On 7/28/2022 when I contacted my insurance company and I found out that: 1. I have coverage for laser deep cleaning and the 'flush" deep cleaning, not as ********* represented to me 2. I have 1 out of 12 months deep cleaning, not as ********* represented to me 1 out of 24 months ********* either intentionally defrauded me to make money out of me or negligently for failure to be diligent to inquiry my insurance coverage in advance before making misrepresentations to me. *********'s conducts are fraudulent, dishonest, and unethical. I wonder how many more patients she has defrauded. B. INCOMPETENT I have been under ********* dental care for 3 years. I went to *********'s office every 6 months for the required cleaning and examination. Under her continuous care, none of the visits ********* informed me that my teeth had problems after paying her $800 laser treatment. However, when I did not want to pay *********'s another laser for $800-$1,000 again and requested for a regular cleaning, ********* then stated that she could not do a regular cleaning because my teeth's problems were too serious and she had to refer me to a periodontist.
