            hi. I thought I'd give their subscription a try at $200/month and when I discovered that the info is out of date and IMDB is better and more affordable, I was told I can't cancel. Now VarietyInsight demands $***** or they will put a credit lean/hold on my company. ********** and his supervisor ************ said I can't cancel the subscription and they keep asking me why I would want to cancel. I tried to get in touch with the owner of the PMC company ********** but there is no way to contact anyone by phone or email. Phones don't accept voice messages and nobody is responding to my emails except these two men ***** and **** who demand I give them $*****. I don't use their service and I don't want it. Can anyone help?

            Variety insight sent me a marketing email about their service which is very similar to IMDb. They gave me presentation through zoom and they told me it's $200 a month. In the presentation everything looked nice and I was tempted to try it but as soon as I paid for the service I noticed that I can get the same exact information on IMDb. I asked to cancel the next day and they refuse. I even spoke with a supervisor and they refuse to cancel. They say I'll have to pay $200 per month for a year. I said no.... The supervisor said why not? He refuses to cancel. They have my credit card numbers and they are refusing to cancel charging me. They keep asking I show them proof and keeps asking me why I don't want the subscription.
            They are scaring me and it feels like a scam and I want these men to stop charging my credit card. I want all my money back and I want out of this scam completely. Please help me. I am a mother and I don't need this in my life. Variety.com is doing nothing about this. Variety.com and varietyinsight.com and inclouding their company that owns them PMC cannot be reached by email or phone. It's only automatic phone messages. Nobody is helping me with this situation I got myself in. Please be careful. In my opinion Variety Insight is a scam.
