    VirtualShield Charged My Account ****** Illegally And Fraudulently I Told Them Last Year To Cancel My Account Many Times And They Sent Me And Email Saying They Cancelled My Account But They Still Charged My Account Illegally The App Does Not Work

    I cancelled my service on 3/15/22 almost a year prior to my auto-renewal. On 2/9/23 they charged my account again. You are only allowed to email them to cancel. And I know they received my email bc someone responded and yet they didn't cancel.
    I cancelled bc their system doesn't work anyway.

    I received a cancellation notice for refusal of payment: they charged me TWICE $479.76 and bank found this suspicious. I notified VS, who told me that they only charged me once. I sent them a screenshot with both charges reversed by them. Then they charged me AGAIN and told me they had cancelled my subscription and refunded my money (THEY HAD NOT REVERSED THE THIRD CHARGE!) This is the worst company I have EVER dealt with---I doubt they are competent enough to tie their own shoes, much less secure my data. NEGATIVE STARS SHOULD BE AN OPTION!
