            Ordered this Heater Model (H5511) Dec 27,2023 called Amazon about Heater due to cutting OFF! all the time Amazon said they could NOT! take this back because it was bought from a third party on Amazon? I was then told to call the Company. so I did & they told me they would take this back but would NOT! provide me with a PAID Return Label to have it picked up at my House? While these two are pointing fingers at each other it's I the customer that's having to pay for this in more ways than one! I now have a very Broken Heater that NOW that not only cuts OFF! all the time but I can NOT! use the 800 ***** setting I can only use the 400 ***** setting which provides LESS! Heat for me? It ALSO! has a Burnt smell to it? so, I went to Amazon's Website today & I saw that I am NOW! past my Return Date? I am a ********** do NOT! Drive or have the means or the money to take me to send this back I asked that they have this picked up at my home well within the Return Date but by being told to go ************ no matter which one of these two I took my time to call to tell them about this? I am NOW! past my Return Date which was (Feb 4,2024) ALL! due to their very POOR! ******************* I have NOW! learned that if you buy from Amazon (I won't ever again)!!! you have to CHECK? to see if you are buying an Item from Amazon O--R an item from another Company under that Amazon Umbrella?
