            On February 25, 2023, I purchased two clothing items from this business totaling $243.15. I received one item that was too big that I later returned. I never received the second item or replacement for the returned item. I have sent several emails and text messages to this company over the past 3 months, some of which I have already deleted. Additionally, I have called them several times and never received the opportunity to talk to a person. Their business phone encourages you to text them instead. On May 31, 2023, I requested a full refund for both items via email and text message. I did not receive a response to either communication. I am requesting a full refund for both items. I am also requesting that they discontinue advertising items that they cannot produce in a reasonable time that meets or exceeds customer expectations.

            Communication is terrible. The answering machine says text the contact number, and I only received two responses. The response I received after sending a message on their website, email, and leaving several voice messages was 1) "Hey, what is your deadline for arrival?" I responded and said " I really need it before Tuesday." This was December 16, before Christmas. I did not get response until I sent the message on December 18: "I am trying to contact someone before I turn this over to the authorities." I then received a response: " Turn what over to the authorities? You ordered a cardigan that is not ready yet. We can refund you or you can wait for the custom item to be completed. All orders are created as they are received. 7-14 business days. Please advise so we can take you out of cue and work on another order. I stated, "I made several attempts to contact you, if you would have responded to my messages and informed me of the process I would not have sent the message to contact authorities. Communication always helps!!!! I want my order, if you are able to send it. However, if you are not yes I want a refund." I then received the response, "Noted... have an amazing Saturday." I have not heard from this company after that message. I place the order to give it to my brother for Christmas it is now after Christmas and I have not received my order. I placed this order on December 14.
