    I purchased these boots back on December 3rd 2023 at 5:56 AM for the price of $267.88 with shipping. The information on the product page stated the boots were in hand and available to ship as of November 6th 2023 . It was not advertised as a preorder. After giving them over a month to fulfill my order, I reached out and asked about the status since a shipping label was created but no other steps of the order fulfillment process had taken place at that time. I received a response 3 days later, Jan. 5th 2024, saying that the order was being shipped that day. My order did not ship that day and I remained patient for another month before reaching back out on February 5th since there had been no update to my order since January 5th even though I was told it had been shipped. Once I sent this message, there was no response but the seller did finally start the fulfillment process for my order and had a package finally delivered to me on February 9th. Once I opened the package I realized that not only was this not the correct product that I had originally ordered, the product that arrived also wasn't even in the correct size that was ordered. I reached out to the seller through the same email chain multiple times and got no response. I tracked down there social media and contacted them there as well with no response coming until I found the brand owners personal social media page and explained my issue. He stated he would reach out through email to clear up the situation and after multiple times of trying to reach back out to him, I have gotten no response. I would just like to return the incorrect product I was sent and receive a full refund since the original item I purchased is no longer in stock and the seller is expected to pay for all shipping and fees associated with said return.Order Number : #DB2719 *** Tracking Number : 1ZB0W1890309025619
