This company is extremely dodgy. The measurements are wrong, and the materials are wrong - everything is wrong. The designer, *****************************, is hopeless at taking measurements because we had to have our lighting and ceiling redone in order to accommodate her incorrect measurements. Now we've discovered that there are fundamental flaws in the original design, which should never have been the case if they are professional closet designers and installers!Their installers have left numerous oversized massive boards that measure up to 10 feet in our home, leaning unsafely against the wall in our master closet, because their installers have not finished installation (they have only just started because different workers had to come in to correct the previous workers' job!) and the panels are ALL incorrect. Since they are refusing to correct and finish what they have started, their company is using our home as a storage unit for oversized materials that are incorrect - materials we did not order, because their designer and company have made countless errors.We have had to point out numerous errors along the way, and now they're refusing to correct their mistakes, as per our design contract. The managers don't care as they don't return calls/emails, nor ensure their mistakes are corrected!The Closet Factory have $35,000 deposit of ours and what do we have from them; nothing but incorrect materials, errors with installation as panels are misaligned and not to our design specifications, and threats from them to pay more money. Why would a customer pay a cent more when EVERYTHING is wrong and they don't give a damn! They have halted installation because they want more money, yet they are refusing to fix their mistakes, which would mean starting over again anyway.The Closet Factory won't resolve this situation!
