I did a market research study with Adler-Weiner and was sent a check more than a month after that for $200. Unbelievably the check bounced and I had to pay a fee to my bank on top of that, I still haven't been paid for a survey I participated in months ago and now have to pay my bank fees for the bad check sent to me by Adler-Weiner.

So I just received a phone call- from ***************************** at Adler Weiner Research- stating that they were not interested in me applying to any more of their' studies, they felt I was being dishonest in my responses. This is incredibly disrespectful, and honestly a bit infuriating. I have been nothing but completely honest in any and all of my screeners for studies, not even exaggerating the truth in the least in my screeners. Just wanted to warn others to stay away from them, as the phone call from her was incredibly rude, and when I asked what focus group company the woman, "*****************************" was her name...and she was hesitant to give it out, before finally admitting she worked for Adler Weiner. So, needless to say they think I am gaming the system, and that could not be further from the truth. I won't be doing any more of their' studies, regardless of whether or not they allow me to, to be quite *****. The woman was incredibly disrespectful, stating "We do not want your' kind of responses in our research". Like oh, I'm sorry...because I take more studies than the people you are looking for in your' target demographics, you do not want me filling out any of your studies anymore? Good riddance, in my opinion. Just wanted to give this out as a warning to others to avoid them...but if you want to keep doing focus groups with them, then don't fill out too many studies I guess? How does that make any sense? Like I'm sorry i filled out too many screeners? So now you don't want my opinions? ***************************** was her name, so if you feel the need to work with them, avoid her. I am going to be complaining on Review Websites about *****************************, I can tell you that much. ********** woman. Incredibly disheartening. If you are going to blackball me, atleast have the decency to be polite about it. Has this happened to anyone else? Or am I just doing something wrong here?
