Details of Transaction - April 2021 - I paid $1450 - They committed to provide a new Convertible top, and Headliner for my Audi A5 - The nature of the Dispute a. The Job was not complete only the outside was done, horribly b. Liner was not put on. c. My top no longer is working after 6 years no issues d. My front window screen was also broken valued at $1400 e. My car was kept for 5 months for this outcome f. Now my top does not go down. -Summery; Top does not work, Headliner not finished, Outside not put on correct, my window was broken.This business has the worst customer service and has repeatedly tried to hide and ignore my phones calls. After keeping my car for over 4 months, the owner calls me to come down there. My convertible top would not go up, or close at all. He tried to tell me this was not his problem and i need to take the car as is. I told him my top alway worked fine and he needed to put it back the way it was. After some back and forth he kept my car for an additional month to make sure the top closes. When the I went to pick up my car after 5 months. (original est. time to do the job was 2 WEEKS !!!! ) So after 5 months my window was broken the top was not put on correctly. This man was also very disrespectful. He told me he did not want to take a check because it would bounce when I dropped off my car. I also did not received 1 phone call the entire time he had my car, 5 months. even though i was told this job would take 2 weeks. NOW, My top will NOT GO DOWN!! I went from using it every day since i went there, it worked for one month as of now it does not go down at all!
