    If zero stars were a choice that'll be my rating. I flew in from out of town to visit the Pasadena location with my friend for brunch before I headed out and for my first time visiting a roscoes location I would never want to visit again and that's not even with trying the food because the customer service IS and WAS TERRIBLE! We walked in the front door to not only NOT be greeted but the cashier (Destiny) who was in a rush to get home so she informed us that she was closing the cashier out and that we would need to step out of the restaurant (keep in mind there are other customers seated and eating) so that she can finish and that she would step outside and bring us back in (in which never happened because she left). That wasn't an issue till we saw others step into the restaurant and put their name down. My friend then got up and went to go inform Michael B of the situation and he wrote our name down after the fact that 3 other parties cut us. We continued to wait outside waiting to be seated when they sat 3 different parties of 2 and a party of 9 before us. We then felt discriminated against and decided to bring up the situation to Octie (coordinator) who had a terrible attitude and made us feel unwelcome. We explained what happened and he said he was going based off the list that they manually write down and how our name was the very last. I then proceeded to tell him to run his cameras for the proper timeline and he chuckled and said "well I am not going to do that so I don't know what you want me to say but it'll be a waste of my time" and walked back inside the restaurant. I then walked in after him in which I then requested to speak to a manager in which Angie came and she also gave us a "I can't do anything" attitude siding with Octie informing us that the list says otherwise. I then informed her to not go off the list to also run the cameras for the accurate timeline and she also refused. They then proceeded to say how they do not go outside to take customers names yet Destiny the morning cashier said she was. This was the most uncomfortable, misleading, unorganized, discriminating experience here at the Pasadena location. I will continue to share my experience via social media and word to mouth to my friends and family. I hope for the better sake of this business they train and hire employees that have excellent communication skills and who are truthful and who are friendly to their paying customers. Ohh and to really get my point across and prove how lazy, untruthful and rude the employees are ...... run the cameras.
    My visit was on 5/2/21 from 2:30pm-3:45pm pst.
