I purchased a jet ski with Del Amo Motorsports in Long Beach and at the time they had a 2.99% APR deal with ******* so I went to go check it out with my father. When I got there I was talking to an employee and he showed me around and we found one we liked. The employee asked what our credit scores looked like and we showed him using ******** and he said we should qualify no problem he even signed a paper for us saying we would get that apr. For one they never once mentioned it would be a ****** credit card account they were opening. They opened up two accounts under my fathers name and one under mine and another one with both my father and I. They did not do the regular loan only the credit card and we did not find out until a month later. We got the contract a few days later after we picked up the jet ski. We filled out different papers because the guy said he made mistakes and that the contracts we had signed were going to be voided, so he made us sign other papers. We agreed on getting a maintenance package, in which my siblings and father also asked various questions about it because it was our first jet ski, so we agreed on it. It is all recorded on a camera in the guy's office. A month later, when we took it to its first service we were charged for the service when the guy in finance said it was going to be free of charge due to the maintenance package. I am now stuck paying ******** on a jet ski that is less than ******* They used the cards to finance ******* with ****** at ********* All my payments have been on time but for some reason it keeps going up. I tried to refinance with my credit union but they said its higher than what its worth I've talked to the dealership and they always say to talk to ****** and its just vice versa. In one of the visits I did to the dealership to talk about this issue I met a guy who also had the same problem I went to the one in Redondo Beach and an employee said its not the first time this has occurred with the other LB loc
