Hello my name is ********* and I suffer with congestive heart failure I went online looking for an ESA I came across Parker doodle I saw a tri color mini bernedoodle that interests me they only get as big as 20 lb so I made an inquiry about the puppy I spoke with the lady name April she informed me that her litter would be mid December so apparently she reached out to her sister either in Florida or Vegas she asked me to put a $300 deposit on the website so no one else would make a deposit for that puppy I have a coordinator working with me I asked April for the puppies veterinarians name & number because I could not have my pup trained without an up-to-date vaccination record from a licensed veterinarian she could not provide that for me so I was forced to return my puppy she charged me a $300 deposit she also charged me $300 to fly him to Sacramento international airport from LAX I picked my puppy up and gave her $900 in cash which totaled $***** she made up a payment plan electronically with plaid I asked her if he had been vet checked she told me all puppies had to be vet checked before they could go out for adoption at 8 weeks the canine record she gave me did not suffice it was not signed by a veterinarian so I couldn't have my puppy trained he was biting me a lot he was scratching me a lot so I was forced to return him she gave me a refund of $550 told me that she was charging me $350 to have him rehomed and to have him remicrochipped I paid $134 for a training class at PetSmart that he could not attend I don't understand why she charged me $350 for all these services when all she had to do was provide me the veterinarian's name and phone number after I returned the puppy she sent me the same picture of my puppy and had renamed him and put him back on her website she charged me $650 just so she could cash out on extra money she told my coordinator that she did not charge me a flight fee or pet fee or a nanny fee but I have all of my receipts to prove it.
