  Two of your guys has came to my house to check the leak that cause by your employees installing dishwasher bought from ******. One of you guys name is ******. They came to my house with attitude and raising their voice telling me that I am thronging food in the disposal. They did not even wait to see the leak. 5 minutes later they left with attitude and yelling while I am telling them to wait to see the leak. They left me with the leak and I sent the photos and they told that is your spraying water not the leak. This company is unprofessional and I would like for people to be aware of this company is a scam.

  We purchased a dishwasher from ****** and it was delivered today. They came at around 1:30 which was within the window they gave. The very first thing they did was to unhook the air trap and tell us that it was all clogged and would not work well. This would be ****** to replace with a new one. I have no idea why they just couldnt unclog it but I feel like we have been scammed! The next thing is that they realized they had the wrong dishwasher! They had dropped our dishwasher off at a different house. So they had to leave and go switch them. The install did go smoothly and they tested the dishwasher. I only hope it runs properly going forward. Last, they would not bill me for the ****** part. They wanted payment immediately. After I refused to give this guy my credit card, he called his office and they sent me a link to a site to make the payment. I also took screen shots of the receipt from the site. I am quite sure I was just scammed out of ******. Like the other reviews note, I have no idea why ****** uses this company. Next time I buy from them Im going to make other arrangements.

  This company was scheduled to install a dishwasher that purchased through ******* They came out and then had to reschedule. I left several messages and after not hearing from them in almost a week I called ******* ****** said that I would have my dishwasher installed on Monday June 10th. I did not hear from pacific West. I tried again to call th and this time someone answered. I was told I was not on the schedule and that ****** does not do the scheduling. When I asked to speak with a supervisor I was transferred to a man who called me names I can not put here and then hung up on. I complained to ****** but they could not help. Please dont use these people.

  I bought a dishwasher from ******* These people were sent to install it. They took off the front of the old dishwasher and said they couldn't install the new one because I needed a dedicated plug for it. They said that was an additional 125$ to which I agreed. They went out to turn off the circuit breaker to do the electrical work. They came back and said my panel was too old and needed to be upgraded before they could install the new one. They left without replacing the bottom of the old dishwasher. A couple hours later I realized my refrigerator was not working. I looked at the electric circuit panel and it was broken. They did not tell me they had broken the panel. They just left. I called **** and told him it was broken, he said they were not responsible because my panel was old and to call them when I got it upgraded. So now I have an extension cord running my refrigerator until I can get someone to fix what they broke. They refused to give their contractors license when asked but I found it elsewhere and have filed a complaint with the ************************** I had surgery on my heart a couple months ago, am 80 years old and do not need this aggravation. If you buy from ****** make sure these people are not the installers. PS My son pulled the dishwasher out after work (**** did not pull the ** out). Found a dedicated plug right behind the **. So they broke my panel for no reason at all.

  I was nervous about my oven install after reading the negative reviews on here, but I had a very good experience. The company called the night before with a 4 window for my install. The installer called when he was in his way. Two very polite, *********************** arrived. They could not complete the install when they arrived, because I needed to remove my built in microwave so they could access the electrical for the oven. I broke the torx bit I needed to remove the microwave and didnt have another the correct size and the installer did not have the size I needed. He offered to come back first thing the next morning to complete the install. Again he called in advance to say he was on the way. The install was completed efficiently and looked great.

  If I could give zero stars I would. The WORST customer service Ive ever experienced. After a full month wait for delivery, we were excited to finally have a functioning dishwasher again, only to have to deal with these guys The first appointment they showed up hours late, werent able to install due to missing parts and said that I could reschedule within the same week. Then they werent able to reschedule for a full week, and while they called and confirmed the appointment, they then no-showed! They were exceedingly rude and unprofessional on the phone when we called to find out where they were. I will never order appliances from ****** if this is the company that will be used for delivery. I ended up cancelling the order completely and getting a refund, ordering instead from another company, who delivered just two days later. In researching other reviews, it sounds like this is a common trend with this company.

  Hello,

   I reviewed your order. I show that you had selected the date of 10/23 when the order was purchased which is why it was a month wait. You had electrical work that was needed so the job was not completed that date. You rescheduled for 10/30 which was our soonest and we did not get the unit released to us. Unfortunately, we do not have control over products being released and you should have been notified by the warehouse. 

  I am sorry you had a bad experience and I apologize that you did not have a good encounter with the representative on the phone. 

  I will address your frustrations with them as well.

  If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered a d/w from ******* Was to be installed by Pacific West on 7/24/23. Then it was supposed to be 7/31/23. No call, no show. Then it was supposed to be 8/2/23. No call, no show. I finally cancelled the order when ****** said they had no other installer in my area. Why would ****** contract with such a shady service when ****** has excellent customer service? Why would they continue to lose sales over this? There are plenty of other installers in my area, they're just not contracted with ******* Stay away from this company!! Check who your installer will be. I didn't even need it installed, delivery would have been fine. If needed, I could have found my own installer.

  I read all the reviews and it all makes sense. I order a dishwasher from ****** and this business is the only installation vendor in my area. They did not honor the appointment date and basically were rude and told me to go to h*** I complained to ****** about them and spent altogether 4 hours on it and I am still without a dishwasher. ****** will be delivering the dishwasher and Ill have my guy install it. The owner ******* is a rude jerk who should not be in business anymore. For the business, please do not respond to this since you are full of s***

  Atrocious service! Surprised ****** uses them at all for delivery and set up. Several reschedules, "no shows' without a call to say they were not showing up at all. After calling them, they're stated that they arrived but nobody was home which is absolute lying. ****** you need to cancel your contract with this company as they are making you look bad. They will attempt to blame you when they miss appointments.

    As we stated on our phone call with you, We have a time stamped photo of your door and can send you the photo via email if you would like. Your time frame was **** and the photo was uploaded at 1:36PM.

  All technicians are required to uploaded a photo for any member not home.

  We were sent your order 6/19 for 6/26 but were un able to reach you to confirm due to the phone number on the order being incorrect. 

  Once we received the correct phone number you scheduled for 6/29 which was the date you were not home. That same day you rescheduled to 7/5 but you called ****** on 6/30 and spoke with a ****** rep by the name ******* and informed her you wanted to cancel the install and just have it delivered which is what was done.

  There was never multiple reschedules or no shows on our end and no one was lying about you not being home.
