    This company was contracted by ****** to deliver and install a microwave. The delivery was supposed to be on March 29. They failed to show up or at the very least contact us (the customers). We had to call customer service for ****** to even find out if we are still getting the microwave. Because essentially they were a no-show and unavailable to be reached. Everytime you call their phone it just goes straight to voicemail.Today 4/11/2024 they finally showed up at 4:15pm and we're rude and asking to be paid $125 to install the microwave that is supposed to be installed for free. We have always bought ****** furniture and appliances and have NEVER been treated this way or had extortion experiences. The *** code where this occured is *****. If they did this to us. They must've extorted more money from others. We refused to pay but they probably took advantage of other people who are not as fortunate to refuse. They do not deserve to be in business.

    Hello,

    You were scheduled for 3/29 and where not home when the installer arrived. I have attached the photo that was uploaded into your order that day.

    Costco installation is free for a Standard installation. You were informed by the installer that you needed drilling in your back splash for the new mounting bracket for the microwave. This is out of the scope of a standard install and is an additional cost of $125.

    Issue: Used credit card information to make unauthorized purchases on ONLYFANS.COM. The card information was only meant for the work done.Date of transaction: March 14th, 2023 Amount of money: $100 Events:Pacific West Home Improvements, Inc. was contracted by ****** to deliver and install our new dishwasher.Upon installation, they said they can replace the hose for an extra $100, and it is a good idea to do so.I agreed, and signed a document to allow that work to happen.After new hose was installed---they requested I pay $100 over the phone to a company person (I do not know the details of this individual).He took my credit card information, my name, security code.Since then, I have had over $800 of unauthorized transactions on my NOT stolen card with no other way of the card information leaked.

       No credit card information is saved and it is not visible through the portal that is used to process card information. We are a small family business with only our family working in the office and I can ensure you that no one here would EVER steal someone's card information. We take the privacy and security of every members private information very seriously.

    If the card has ever been swiped somewhere or used online for any purchase then it can be hacked/stolen. It happens to people every day all over the world. The card company should be able to link where the charges came from and to what onlyfans account, especially if it was used on multiple occurrences and I am certain it will not be linked to anyone with our Company.

    Pacific West employee ***** did the plumbing job without a plumbing license.***** told me that their job was guaranteed if they were not satisfied. Pacific West sent me another tech ***** to look at his work, and he recommended me to ask for the money back from his company.The manager **** whom I've talked to once, does not call me back to discuss the $ to be returned.I need to have a pipe now is wiggly and I am concerned. I need to hire someone else to come out to correct what was done by him.

     We have been out to **************** home a few different times to address her concerns. The plumbing issue has to do with the disposal that was not installed by our company. The only plumbing work completed by our company was for the dishwasher and that was the only appliance installed by us. We did attempt to reach out to **************** today and also sent her a text message to see if we can come to an agreement but at this time have not received a response.

    I am rejecting this response because:The statement from the Pacific West are incorrect and need further communication.
    Item#1: did attempt to reach out.

    I received the text message once on Feb 21st and replied with my email information as it is my preferred communication methods.  [Now, I would like everything in writing due to too many experiences (over 5 times) with lack of manager (****) call backs when, each time, the operator had promised me that **** will call you back . ]  I have not received any reply text or email as of 2/28/23.

    I agree that the original scope of work was to install the dishwasher purchased through ****** and the Pacific West assigned.
    What I am afraid I have to disagree is the following:
    Dishwasher plumbing connects to the disposal and uses the same piping line for the water source.
    My disposal mounting fell off after the rough/banging plumbing work (done by their incompetent and "unlicensed as a plumber" technician who worked on the water supply plumbing for the dishwasher work.

    Item#3: 2 technicians came to my house, and they both told me that their work was guaranteed,
    Furthermore,the 2nd technician advised me to contact the company to get the full $ back during his visit, so I could hire an honest, licensed plumber to redo the work correctly and fix the damages caused by the original technician.
    I am requesting a full refund.
