            On February 6, 2023, ***** the dryer repairman came to my home. He was totally unprofessional - yelling and swearing at his staff on the phone because they gave him the wrong part. He quoted me a price which included the service fee. He never provided a service contract. He left and rescheduled. However, he then called me and said I owed the service fee for that day above the quoted price. When I questioned him about the service fee being included, he became irate and cursed and said for me to take my business elsewhere and hung up. I called his office requesting a different repairman but they informed me he is the only one. When they inquired about my concerns, ***** got on the phone and screamed and yelled at me. When I resumed my phone contact with the office staff, ***** returned to my home and barged his way. He threatened to fight me and smash up my home. He then became physically aggressive and assaulted me. I have filed criminal charged and am pending an outcome.
