1 starOrdered a container in ***** said it should ship with in a couple weeks. we are now in August and still no container and NO REFUND. We wired the money to them the day we got it the invoice and for whatever reason they can't seem to wire it back to our account. Would never to business again with them or recommend them to anyone.Conexwest

1 starWe've been trying to off-haul our conex from the project site for the last month at the client's request. We're currently stuck as our only contact (**** ******) has for the most part responded with the following every time we attempt to contact (via email - doesn't pick up the phone): "We do ask for a 30-day window to schedule the pick up. My dispatch team will contact you directly to coordinate" . The dispatch is always busy, so the project is currently stuck paying for the conex without a chance that it may be off hauled.Conexwest

1 starThey were very fast to find a storage container that would work for me. A 30 foot storage container with a rollup door I paid upfront got an invoice that said July 11 is my delivery date. I have called no less than 15 times and spoken to five different people and nobody can tell me the exact status of my container it is now Almost the end of July and I still dont know whats going on I keep getting to run around every time I call. 1 starWe ordered a container on may 1. Two weeks later still heard nothing back from them so we called on may 22nd to cancel the order so we spoke to ***** and got everything canceled and he said we would get our refund in about a week. It is now July and we have been calling them for the past 2 weeks all over again to try to get our refund and they tell us it's processing and "just 3 more days" so needless to say they are horrible in customer service and we have them another card to use because we had to close our shop down which then means close the bank acct. So they wouldn't help at all. Now with all that said we had ordered an office container in the middle of March and it WAS delivered. we had to move shop locations at the beginning of may so i called come west to move the container and they proceeded to tell me that they are "in ********** so only California services" (I was resided in ***** at the time). So we transported ourselves to our new location where we rented. We have been calling and calling and calling to get this container picked up as we had to have all of our stuff out of the shop by 1st of July and now we have to pay another months rent in ***** when we live in ******* now Because a bunch of monkeys can't seem to figure out how to refund a simple credit card and pick up a little 20ft containerConexwest

1 starSave your time and go somewhere else. They quoted my business about a month delivery and it's been almost going on three months and still haven't received our items. Upon placing the order, ****************** was arrogant and rude. Every time I call and ask for a shipping update, it keeps getting pushed out and his answer when I asked why was, "I don't know".
