      We rented a storage container in 2020 from Conexwest. The storage container was stolen from the offsite parking lot in 2023. We reached out to Conexwest and they mentioned that we need to file a police complaint and the issue can be resolved after the police complaint is filed. After the police complaint was filed in May 2023, we have contacted multiple times about the resolution of this issue. There was some communication back and forth in October 2024, but all subsequent requests to resolve the issue have had no response from Conexwest. Meanwhile, Conexwest keeps charging us the monthly invoice. We just need a resolution to this issue so that we can get rid of the monthly billing. Conexwest needs to tell us what cost we have to incur from our pocket for the storage and adjust any payments made since the police report was filed from that amount.

      Rental/SO/Invoice numbers (if available)
      Container number/serial (if available)
      Police report number and a copy of the report (filed May 2023)
      Location of theft and the date you discovered it

      Once received, our team will take it from there. We will:
      Confirm details with the police report.
      Apply all invoices billed after the theft date toward the replacement cost of the container.
      Provide you with the remaining balance (if any) and a final resolution statement.

      Lighting:The interior lights are now operational; however, a completely new circuit had to be installed. This will result in added costs on my end, as I will now have to run an additional circuit at my property to accommodate this systemsomething that was neither communicated nor anticipated.Door and Frame Issues:As shown in the attached video, a significant amount of lightand therefore air and moisturepasses through all sides of the door even when it is fully closed. This is entirely unacceptable for the intended use of the container. The door opening must be correctly framed with steel, and a proper door frame and new door need to be installed to meet the promised standards.Electrical Concerns:There is a 220V circuit currently running in the attached box (see pictures) that feeds into the container wall. Based on what I observed, this appears to be causing electrical issues now and will likely create more serious problems moving forward. This setup needs to be thoroughly reviewed and corrected.I do want to acknowledge and express my appreciation for the vendor currently working on these issues. They have been professional, communicative, and clearly doing their best to correct problems they did not create. That said, the scope of the issues should never have reached this point, and the responsibility for the original workmanship still lies with your team.

      I am placing a complaint on behalf of ***************************** regarding Conexwest double billing our account on April 1, 2025 and April 29, 2025 for the amount of $139.64. This double billing caused our account to be overdrawn in the amount of $47.11.Numerous messages and calls have been made to Conexwest at this number **************. I have not received a call back or response from them. In fact after being placed on hold for a certain amount of time, the call will be dropped.
