    On October 5, 2023 I took my *** I three that I had just recently purchased a few months prior to Vic a California Carpros. I took it there to get Ceramic Coating which is a paint protector and ***, which is a clear wrap brought on the front end of the car. I had explained to Vic that a month prior I have the front bumper and hood painted, and he assured me that he recommends only three weeks for drawing, and after four weeks it was good and dry. I am. So I dropped off my car and a few days later after the work was completed I came back to pick it up when I came to pick it up. I noticed that there was a lot of bubbling under the *** the clear bra Vic was not there and did not answer his phone and one of his shop guys told me that it was normal and to give it a few days and then it would dry out well a week later it did not only not dry out but it got worse. I called *** and *** said to come drop the car back off and he would redo the whole thing.. so I did, and about a week later ***, who is the owner called me and said that when he attempted to pull the *** off, the paint got damaged and some of the paint pulled off with the *** and then he took the car to get painted at a local Bodyshop. I was mad that he would do this without telling me but at this point I wanted the car back and I said fine just go ahead and get the car painted and lets get this done.. when the car came back from the body shop two weeks later, I went to go pick up the car from VICS shop and I noticed that the paint job was horrible. I called *** because he was not at the shop and told him how unhappy I was with the paint and his response was yeah I thought it didnt look so good, but I wanted to see what you thought which infuriated me to say the least. *** agreed to paint the car and to pay for the damage but once I took the car to the body shop, he disappeared.. stopped answering his phone texts completely disappeared on me. He agreed to reimburse me the $1300 I paid him + the **** 4 repair

    I found California Car Pros after doing web search for car wrapping ************. I needed the hood rewrapped only. I knew that the color was unique so I thought that a matte black or other black would be stylish if the color couldnt be matched. On 11/24/23 I spoke with the owner Vic by phone. He asked that I bring it in to give a proper quote. I went into California car pros and spoke with *******. I settled on the carbon fiber. ******* also explained a process called chrome delete in which all of the chrome is blacked out. I also agreed to this as well. The total agreed on cost was $1500. I dropped off my car on 12/4/23 to start the process. I arrived around 5:40 for pick up, the previous wrap was removed from the hood as agreed upon. 12/5/23, I dropped off my car around 6:30am to Vic the business owner. Around 5:40p, I went back to pick up my car. I immediately noticed damage to the preexisting wrap around the areas that the chrome delete was attempted. The hood was completed but around he handles and the window trims, it looked as if someone ripped the vinyl off. I immediately texted Vic. His person who was completing the wrap explained that some of it came off when attempting to wrap the handles and the trim. Not only did ******* keep going with the job, they damaged more than one area. If ******* noticed that he was causing damage in one area, why would he continue? *** agreed to rewrap if the material could be found which was unsuccessful. *** then proceeded to say the existing wrap was sun damaged and it would need to be replaced anyway. As I mentioned several times in text, I want to have my car in the same condition that I dropped it off. It did not appear sun damaged to me. Each area that ******* touched now has damage around that area which didnt previously exists. The hood and chrome delete job was completed and paid for. I want the rest of the car completed. *** is now unresponsive to text messages.
