5 starsWe are in love with our new windows! They totally change the look of the rooms. We replaced a garden window in our kitchen with a large sliding window, and **** did an amazing job cutting our countertop for the install (I was really worried about that part of the install).Can't wait to order the next group of windows and complete the whole house!Review fromMike A

5 starsI had 8 windows installed. The installation crew of **** and ***** were great. They arrived on time, were very courteous and cleaned up when the project was done. They arrived on time and the work and clean up was done professionally. ******, my installer was professional and courteous and even helped me remove some plastic slats from my other window. 5 starsWindow World dispatched ******* and ****** to handle the installation of our patio windows. They did a phenomenal job. ******* noticed some imperfections of our existing framing right off the top and knew exactly what accommodations were needed for a clean installation. He also explained what he needed to do with ease. ****** was also awesome in pointing out an example to one of my question- ***, was the perfect sales person for our project. 1 starUnfortunately, my full review has too many charaters to submit but anyone who wants to hear the FULL details just ask. For now, suffice to say there were many problems, language barriers, defective glass panels that it took 3 panels to get it right, more days than planned that I had to keep canceling my plans to accommodate getting the job done. The project to a VERY LONG TIME. I initially contracted with them on June 24th, 2022. The installation began on August 25th, 2022 and was not finally completed until January 23rd, 2023. Whether you look at it as either 7 months or 5 months, it was WAY too long of a process! In a nutshell, I would NEVER recommend Window World, or I guess I can say do business with them AT YOUR OWN RISK! The owners may stand on/by their product, but the product does not stand on its own - defective not once, twice, but THREE times!! I would have asked for my money back, but I no longer had my old sliding glass doors, so I was caught in a cycle of defective parts. Yes, Window World has a lifetime guarantee, but who wants to deal with all the frustration and time it takes?!Window World of San Diego
