I agree with others that this is a complete waste of money. I was able to contact someone there directly who was very friendly and helpful. He gave me 12 asset management companies (Old Republic, LRES, Suntrust, Keylink, ******* to name a few). Told me to reach out to them directly, told me what to say, etc. I contacted all of them and got nothing out of it. Some I had to fill out extensive paperwork for and still nothing from them. Over the course of the last year I received only 2 BPO requests (which would've maybe paid $40-$80/ea if I landed them). I clicked on them immediately and they weren't available by the time I clicked on them (within seconds). Zero asset management companies reached out to me with even a glimmer of hope for an REO listing. I completely filled out my profile and even have an SFR certification from NAR. Did not help. $700 wasted. Would definitely not recommend.

Hello *****,RES.NET is a software platform utilized by Servicers, Banks, and other Asset Managers to track, manage, and ultimately dispose (sell) their *** Assets. As such, it is the *** Asset owners that are assigning the listings to agents directly, not RES.NET. In order to be selectable within the system the Asset Managers utilize to manage their various portfolios (RES.NETs *** Portal), Listing Agents much register with RES.NET as a Pro Plus member. This registration is by no means a guarantee of receiving listing assignments, but it is a minimum pre-requisite in order to be selectable by companies that utilize RES.NET to manage their assets.Some insight on the Agent assignment process: when an Asset Manager boards a new *** File to the system, they utilize an Agent Look-Up List that displays registered Pro Plus Agents based on their proximity to the property in miles (sorted by closest). The Asset Manager can also use other parameters to direct search as such as Agent ID, ************** RES.NET Certified(Y/N), Training (Y/N) and Grade. Note: In addition, many **************** companies also require that you direct register on their company websites to become an approved member of their vendor panels.We hope the explanation above explains how the assignments occur. In short, RES.NET is the conduit from which assignments can and must occur if the **************** company utilizes our software for their workflow management, however the listings are assigned by the asset managers directly, not RES.NET.
