    This company sent me a wig that looks nothing like what I ordered and you can see the netting underneath the wig.. on the top and back of the scalp.. you can see the netting clear through. I sent them pics of it and all they responded was to wash it and comb it out.. and that I can not send it back.. I know what quality wig looks like and this wig was made very cheap and skimpy. I wasted 150 dollars on this garbage. Wigsdo..... DON'T!

    I received my order finally. It is nothing even close to what I ordered. I will never do business with them again. They will not reply to your messages. Im out of that money. I honestly would not recommend anyone do business with them.

    No stars. I ordered a wig over a month ago and they said it was in transit but I never received it. I have been patient with them and sent them messages but they claim that shipping takes time etc.I then proceeded to ask for my money back and they told me to wait for it

    January 3, 2025 -January 7th I ordered a wig from the company and canceled the order because of card issues. Next day my son purchased the wig and had it delivered to my ********** the meantime Wigsdo persisted I have pay the first order then acknowledged my sons payment but asked he confirm 24 hours. It also seems they held back my sons order while trying to pay. Then, **** sends me a message saying they couldnt deliver the package because of incomplete address and resend correct address sent to a track site that is not connected to a server or go through Safari to track. With some help hope to get this resolved sooner than a month later.Two locations Wigsdo ********************************************************************************************************* &2nd Floor ****** Mill **** Street Pendleberry Swinton Lancashire,M 27 Clymenza *******

    Wigsdo does nothing but lie! The wig they sent, unlike the description of having a "Lace Front," "Monofilament Part," & "Open Cap," had none of these. The cap could be seen in the front, by the hair not at all covering it. & according to their refund/return policy, I had the right for a full refund, yet they refused to even exchange it for a new one, because they said is too much trouble for them. That's really because the wig came to me from *****. However they hide that at their web site. The only way to talk to Wigsdo is Live Chat or email, but the Live Chat employee replied to me before I ordered it, saying yes, I'd be refunded fully, minus my $10 shipping charge, if I didnt like the wig. & after many email replies to my refund request, because they kept trying to persuade me to keep the wig & bring it to a Stylist to make it look like the web site pic, as it looked nothing like the pic, finally told me it would be least trouble for both of us, if I'd just accept their refund, & they'd take their loss. But really is too much *********** for them to remake & resend a new one, as it's made & sent straight from *****. I was satisfied with not having to return it because is costly to send to *****, & then I'd probably get another horrible wig. Anyway, they know they can't legally resell the wig, & no one would want such a horrible wig, either! I'd even sent Wigsdo pics of the wig showing the sticking-out wig cap! Plus it was shedding ridiculously much! I should've checked BBB before ordering, to see the red alert & over 44 complaints. Although BBB has a CA address for them, they're obviously a China based business. However, after I waited past the number of business days they said would take to get my refund, I emailed them saying I didn't get it. So the person calling herself ****** said she'd check with the refund department. & then emailed me again, saying they did refund me, so I said they were lying! It still hasn't been deposited in my account.

    On February 10, 2024, I ordered a wig from wigdo.com and paid ***** plus ***** for shipping. order #MA240204B8309. Received the wigs and did not like any if them at all. I immediately contacted wigdo via email and someone named **** has been emailing me every day with suggestions such as: take to hair salon for restyling, wash wig, offered me ***** and ***** to keep wig. I stressed to her that I would not keep the wig for free, that is how much I disliked it. They have been giving me the run around daily, all I want and requested is the return address and full refund. Their return policy is a scam, they say they provide full customer satisfaction, which they do not. This site should not be allowed to continue selling and scamming people. Again, the only resolution I want is return address and full refund

    I cancelled my order 30 minutes after placing. The email I received back wants me to change my mind. I am well within the required timeframe to receive a full refund. I am skeptical of the company's address since my payment shows to have gone to "???." From reading other reviews, I see a potential problem.

    Wow,,,,,it seems this business is nothing but a scam. The wig i ordered was not the wig i got,,,was told to take it to a hairdresser to fix it. When i asked for a refund,,,many times,,receiving many excuses, i was given an address in ***** which i recognized as an unknown address according to the post office. I finally settled on a settlement $42 for a wig worth $149funny,,,,this company is in ********** so why the ******* return address,,,would you say fishy? I warn everyone,,,,run, dont walk away from this company and let everyone know that they will not get the right product and when you try to return it, forget it************ should SHUT DOWN ************ does NOT even deserve a one star rating
