I paid $100 for what was stated to be human hair. When I received the wig, the color was off. They would not give a refund of more than 15%. Received 2 wigs from this company and neither met expectations. I kindly requested a return label to return the products 5 times. Each time I ask, they beg me to reconsider & offer a partial refund/exchange/new wig for reduced price/etc. One alternative offer to resolve the matter I can understand, but more than that is unprofessional and unacceptable. The website showed a short, defined,tightly curled wig with a realistic lace front suitable for everyday wear.However, what I received on June 10, 2025, was nothing like what was advertised. The wig that arrived was bulky, with loose, costume-like curls and no visible lace front. The style was entirely different - rounded, puffy, and unflattering - closer to a novelty or theatrical wig than the sleek,tapered pixie shown on their site.I reached out to the company for a resolution, but there has been no appropriate response. This is clearly a case of false advertising and bait-and-switch sales tactics. Wigsdo continues to avoid responsibility by repeating their return policy, offering only partial refunds, and requiring me to ship the item back to ***** at my own cost even though they imply U.S. operations on their website.
The wig I received is not what was advertised. The style, curl pattern, and quality are completely different from the product images. The return address they provided includes a non-working phone number, and they refuse to provide a legitimate return option or full refund.

I only paid $10 for shipping at the time of purchase. If the return truly needed to go back to a U.S. location, the cost would be minimal. Their insistence on international return shipping which they wont even reimburse is simply a tactic to avoid issuing refunds.
I have filed complaints with the ***, *************, and initiated a chargeback with my bank. This business continues to operate in bad faith, and I do not accept their response.

I purchased a wig ( order #MA250322B5252) for $90.75. in early March 2025. I finally received the order on April 16. The wig is too heavy and it is not the right color. They say on their website to contact them prior to returning the product, and they will send instructions. I have send 3 emails and no response. On December 21, 2024 I placed an order on ************************ for two hair toppers, a wig stand and a brush. The expected delivery date was to occur the week of February 3rd 2025. On January 16th I inquired about the status of the order and was provided with tracking information stating it was on its way. The tracking website seemed suspicious (**************************).I did some searches online and found a lot of complaints about this business and suspected I would have problems, so on January 30th I emailed the company again, this time to demand delivery within 10 days and threatened to file complaints with the appropriate agencies if I did not receive my order. At that time I checked the tracking website again, and it had not been updated since my previous contact on the 16th. Now (Feb. 7) that website shows the order being delivered on January 28th but I never received it. It also says the delivery was left in my mailbox. The order wouldn't fit in my mailbox. I believe this tracking info to be falsified by the seller, especially since her last response on January 31 indicated she was aware it had not been delivered yet.
