            On February 24, 2024 we purchased a game console from creative arcades online from a Company that is from ********** in the amount of $899. Contacted creative arcades the tech named **** on March 6, 2024. He gave us the information To send a faulty equipment. March 13, 2024 paid out of pocket $53.83 to ship it to creative arcades in **********. Send a text message message March 19, 2024, to the tech, ****, whom weve been in contact with and let him know was sent and if he received it. No response. Sent another text on March 29, 2024 to **** asking if he has received the product and no response people first they finally sent a message regarding the product and stated they received the product by **** on March 19 and will be issuing a check. April 5 text **** to check on refund. **** stated he will get back to the owner to find out where our refund is April 12 we to find out where our money is. We have not received our refund call owner spoke to receptionist she let ***** the owner know. ***** called and left a message stating that the check will take 5 to 7 business days and we shall receive it no later than 16 April 2024. It is now April 19, 2024. Spoke to ****. Let him know we will be A Better Business Bureau report on this company and have ***** call us back. We are looking to get refunded for the faulty equipment that Creative OK had received by March 19, 2024+ the shipping be paid to send the faulty equipment back which is $53.83 making a total of $952.83. We have all the text and voicemail saved from the company claiming they will send our check out!

            Bought a 4p slim arcade machine. There are something like **** games included. It's unclear if these are authorized/official versions of games. While many work just fine, many are glitchy or contain non-US versions with foreign text and instructions. Quality is much lower than expected. Company was at times responsive and sent me new cards from ***** intended to fix my issues, but none of these work. After 3 years of trying to get these issues fixed, the best the company offered was to refund me if I packed and shipped the item back to CA at my expense, which would be considerable. I've chosen to keep the partially defective product and cut my losses.
