On December 21, 2021, Sam Sadeghi-Jozani entered into a Consent Order with the Department of Financial Protection and Innovation. The Order settles allegations that Sam Sadeghi-Jozani engaged in an Education Fraud Scheme where his Pre-Licensure and Continuing Education requirements were completed on his behalf. Under terms of the Order, Sam Sadeghi-Jozani agreed to an administrative penalty of $7,000 and to complete mortgage loan originator education prior to applying for a new license.
