Complaint Summary I am filing this complaint against Elite Legal Practice, LLC, and Attorney ******** ******, **** for breach of contract, attorney negligence, misrepresentation of consumer rights, and failure to provide competent legal representation regarding judgments issued against me by ***********, Synchrony, and *******. Despite contracting Elite Legal Practice for credit repair and debt defense services, I was abandoned without representation, leading to procedural harm and default judgments entered against me without proper litigation or defense. I began using the service in October of 2024. I have been paying into the service with them saying they are doing legal work. I have been approximately 400 a month for this service to erase debts. The call back and feedback was ok however I am questioning the fees. All that looked like was performed was sending out standard form letters to my creditors and no results after six months or path to resolutions. Communication was very little and no billing statements were provided showing their work. When I calculated the cost of their process, I would pay 10K for the possibility of them reducing my debt This was not certain and the process that they were following was not encouraging and I was becoming concerned that this was not my best option. August 4, 2024 I hired Elite Legal to help with consolidating my debts. They charged me $254.20 twice a month. However, they were NOT working on my file, just taking my money. I canceled starting on April 13, 2025 by email. I was called by a representative from Elite legal practice in march out of the blue this person pretty much set me up in the program without my informed or written concent. I have a lot to say about this company and how about that I requested a refund a month and a half prior to not even getting anything processed. I have every correspondence email concerning the fact that I still have not received my refund from them. Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved. Even knowing that Ive been waiting for this refund for a month and a half and now they telling me I wont get it until 1 to 2 weeks from now by mail. In my opinion the process should be expedited.

I enrolled in their program a d paid for I year with one results or even evidence of attempts to resolve. I was promised a refund back in February that I still haven't received. The refund was originally to be 3360 dollars. I spoke with someone and was told it was now only 2200dollars. I still received nothing and every time I callits a new excuse. I signed into a debt relief program with them and made monthly payments to them for over a year. Currently I have paid $12,200 to them and on Feb 11th I requested a refund due to some hardship. It has been over 3 months and they have given me no information about the progress of my refund and the management refuses to speak to me or call me back. I sign up with elite legal practice quite some time ago with the promise they would help me resolve my debt, I left Cordoba legal practice to sign with elite legal practice, which elite practice had Cordoba give me an instant refund the first day. Now that I sign with elite legal practice, I've been with for quite some time I couldn't no longer afford to pay for there services, cause I am presently on Disability, I had to cancel there services. I then asked for my refund, and I was informed that it would take up to 8 weeks to recieve, we'll it's been past 8 weeks, and now when I call I'm getting the run around, I can't understand how they can have another company give me a refund right away, but it takes them so long to release my refund after stressing how badly I'm in need of it, being presently on disability in all, I get set amount every month that I have to make work, I've lost my car, cause I can't afford to keep up the payments, the cost of everything is going up, it's just hard, I need my refund, and it would be greatly appreciated if someone can assist me in retrieving my refund.Business Response

May 7th cancelled my subscription to Elite legal practice. I was told my account is being reviewed for refund. I made a complaint that was taken down. June 5th a month later, I called asking about the refund. I was told it will take couple of months to review and refund. How was it easy for Elite legal practice to receive monthly funds from me but it will take months to review my account and get a refund.Business Response
