- In-store policy: We will gladly exchange your purchase within 7 days. Excludes special orders, clearance items, custom work, pre-owned watches, damaged merchandise or merchandise not in original condition. No refunds. Layaway purchases not paid for as agreed will be returned to stock.
Online policy: If you are not satisfied with a piece of jewelry you have purchased from us, please contact us within 5 business days of receipt of the merchandise for a return authorization number and shipping instructions. A return can be refunded to you in one of two ways: 1. Exchange or store credit: if you choose exchange or store credit, return shipping will be free. 2. Refund: if you choose refund, shipping charges will be deducted. Returned merchandise must be unworn, with tags attached, in its original packaging, and in its original condition.
