5 stars**** Comfort, for veterans!! Very professional, upfront and thorough about the entire process! Details of pricing and how much you should get were broken all the way down so you can see what went where how and why! I loved it!! All the way to the staff! We declined the service and ended the meeting part way through. Very impersonal conduct by the representative. He declined to answer any of our questions but kept asking ones of us. Such as gross income, personal finances, social security numbers, medical information and our mortgage rates! Even had the audacity to ask the same of service members I was in the military with and our families. We werent event sure of the product they were offering, as it started with a hook for Veterans Burial Benefits and by the end he was trying to sell us *************** Felt like a total scam and I regret taking the call or answering the email. The representatives name was ****** ********.
