I was told if I did not get the desired results they would refund my money but instead they called me after I 1/2 years to ask me for the decision letter something that they should have asked for immediately after filing my claim and it was denied. I was in no contact with ******* who was my representative. After reaching out to me and getting the decision letter he told me I will not be getting my refund because I moved on to do something for my rating to improve. This is extremely bad business and needs to be looked into, imagine how many soldiers are being rip off by these people. They bring our hopes up then after we get denied they find a way to keep the money. I need help to get my money back.

To Whom it May ********************************** be advised that we have been asking ************** for his most recent Rating Decision Letter to determine if in fact his claim has been denied and the reasons for this denial. I have reviewed ****************** Agreement with our firm at there is a provision for him to receive his Deposit back should he provide us with the information we need to confirm a denial and that no further action is necessary. We have been working with ************** since 07/22/2021. On or about 07/08/2022 we received information from ************** that his claim had been denied a 2nd Time and at that time and many documented times since then, we have been asking ************** for a copy of the Rating Decision Letter for the denial that took place on or about 07/08/2022. He has failed to provide us with this information. We have sent ************** several emails and made many calls to him to advise him on how to procure the information, but he has reluctantly failed to follow through. Until we receive this final Rating Decision Letter from **************, we cannot authorize the refund of his Deposit.

The instructions for obtaining the Rating Decision Letter are to call the VA at ************ and speak with any Operator and ask for the Rating Decision Letter from on or about 07/08/2022. The VA will email the letter directly to ************** or Fax the letter to ************ to ****************** attention at our office. Once we confirm the information, we can then proceed to process ****************** refund for his Deposit. We are in no way asking for something that out of the ordinary or of inconvenience to ***************

I will be more than agreeable to walk ************** through the process so we can get this matter resolved for him as soon as possible. Also, the reason we ask for this letter is because this is the only official communication regarding a claim that the VA produces when a claim is finalized.
