      Story bottom line. ***** was my salesman. He offered rims with installation for my ********** at $850 out the door. They are 19inch rims. We went with acima credit where you pay off full amount within 3 months and or then after are charged interest. I asked ***** about lower springs out of curiosity. he sales pitched me and said hed give give me a deal with the springs for $750 out the door including installation. Thats a total of $1600. As it shows in my copy of the original invoice. It clearly shows the $850 scratched out and changed to $1,600 total. However the $750 item was refused afterwards and I was still charged for it. I was hesitant to get the lower springs originally a few days later. I also notified ***** my salesman that I did not want to take delivery of the lowering springs after all. I also confirm with acima as they stated that the policy with acima that I signed states that I dont have to take the item upon delivery of an its my right to refused from the merchant if the merchant hasnt received it upon delivery. the item hasnt been delivered yet to the vendor. I confirmed with acima and Salinas even though Salinas lied and stated they where stuck with the item. This was the first lie. I called Salinas to notify them of my actions of refusal. They suddenly stated they couldnt find the invoice. (Because they where upset with my decision.) they gave me the run around because I kept telling them I didnt have to receive the item that hasnt been delivered. They wouldnt accept my answer and stated they couldnt do anything without an invoice. So I decided to take a trip that very moment to the store with my copy of the invoice. I went down that very minute to Salinas because I had the original copy of the invoice. (As they stated they lost it.) It shows both totals the original scribbled out $850 and the new price adding the lowering springs and the rims coming out to a total of $1600 (again) thats ($850) for the rims(installation included) and the ($750) (also installation included) total $1600 I ran into another salesman (at the time of my arrival of the discrepancy) and provided the copy of the invoice. The salesman copped an attitude once they found out I actually had a copy of the invoice. then the salesman snatched my invoice out of my hands rudely and literally ran into the office furious. Once he came back he got in my face with hostility and said hey man theres nothing we can do where now stuck with the item and now your gunna get charged a restocking fee. I told the merchant thats absurd because all you have to do is refuse the item but he didnt want to. He wanted to get paid. As I waited for the salesman to figure this out I stated And showed him as in the policy that it was my right to refuse especially after the stunt the salesman pulled and the embarrassment with the confrontation in the store I realized they where sketchy people. I advised the salesman that not only do I not want the part but after so many years of doing business with them I no longer would continue. The salesman didnt even care. However. The salesman did apologize for his behavior afterwards and stated his staff would fix the issue with acima and it would only take 24hours to reflect in the system with acima. (That NEVER took place!) instead they stated they where going to charge me STILL a percentage for not receiving the item and additional interest that I do not owe because they item went up in price during the payments I was making because they did not want to honor the price they charged me. I have a copy of the invoice. You can see the itemized list and the original priced amount along with the total amount. I also have a copy and screen shot of the $850 original price from an online acima credit that shows the payout price of $850 (the original agreement) yet acima and Salinas did not honor it. Even a copy of the original invoice showing the itemized list and pricing they did not honor it. So currently $843.00 is paid from that $850 but they are still charging me $1000 $200 extra for the restocking fee as stated from salinas. I went back and forth tryin on the phone to explain my situation to acima. At first they understood and where provided both proof of my situation. then after they spoke to salinas (who lied about the agreement) they sided with them in the end. Bottom line is salinas overcharges for there items. As an old loyal customer with a long history with them Im appalled they would even do something like this to me. I never even wanted to write this review but its wrong and crooked. And I will no longer be doing business with this merchant.
