To whom it may concern, Hello, My name is ******* *****.  I tried to get the cash advance $**** from **** ATM on August 29th. 18:30 ATM PXXXXXX Located (*******************************************************)  When I inserted my debt card and got the receipt with $**** credit and brought it to be cashed, the cashier said that they had run out cash that day. I told them that bank had already deducted the money from my account, and if you won't give it to me how can I get my money back. Then she said,  "don't worry , the money will go back your account in 10 business working days". I trusted the cashier and left, but after 10 days the money hadn't gone back into my account, so I started to worry and called XXX-XXX-XXXX from the **** card. The representative said it is not their business, and that I had to call this bank and talk to them. I called the bank many, many times , and made multiple claims to have the money returned. Then the bank said it was out off their hands , the money was already in **** company accounts,  and they don't have rights to take it back . So I called the **** representative and then they gave this email address (*****************to tell them what happened and hopefully to resolve this problem but I didn't get any respond from this **** company until now..
