I've had my payroll deposited into this account and they shut it down no warning .and will not give my my money back that I deposited in this account... Not only that, I cannot get a hold of a live person there is no phone number that puts you in contact at all with a human, it's all through the app and you cannot speak to anyone that's not an AI it's robot. They will not let me withdraw my deposit it's completely locked down. I would like to close the account and get my money back I have been trying since 6:00 a.m. this morning it is now 11:00 p.m. with no luck.Business Response

found a charge that I did not make that is dated on April 5, 2025 in the amount of $95.00.The purchase came Lowes in *******/Salem ************** for the amount of $95.00. Athletes, rewards credit card does not have a proper investigation to properly investigate. Consumer complaints. The agents at Atlas refuses to provide service to its customers and small claims court division that supports state section ******* revised statues of the state of Missouri regarding information on April 25, 2023 that supports the 17 section of the Missouri State Constitution. Atlas refuses to provide services to its customers and refuses to provide any information on proper complaint procedures that is offered by Atlas-rewards credit card. Atlas - Rewards Credit Card to provide service to refuse service to provide service to its customers and refuse to provide service, to the ********************** regarding weapons detection in order to gain access into the court. Atlas rewards credit card refuses to provide service and refuses to keep a safe environment among its customers. ********************** is a horrible service to get into and Atlas does not provide safety precautions to its customers with having a proper regarding disputes on the behalf of customers. I applied for the Atlas credit card. Upon changing my deposit, I was told that it would unlock a 250 cash advance. I have reached out multiple times but havent received a clear response. The response was not on the topic that I asked.Business Response

Over the weekend I reached out to Atlas credit company regarding a transaction that I noticed on my statement for $87.64 at 11:42 pm 5/10 for a **************** I DID NOT make this charge. The first ***resentative said it hadn't been posted yet so I had to wait till it was posted to dispute the transaction and asked if I wanted a new card. I said yes, I need a new card as i did not make that purchase. Next *** said that it was not swiped, it was entered. So, she canceled my card and issued another. Then I got this Danika ***. Basically at the end of the conversation she says she researched, and it was legit which it was not. She also said they had my information and its a reoccurring charge so it waws legit. SO, I have done the research for her. On May 5th, YES, I clicked on an ad that I got on a ******** group for a free small coach bag you just pay shipping. So YES I did do the transaction on 5/5/2025 for $13.95 which was supposed to be the shipping charge. NO I did not receive any product. Next thing I know I have another transaction for $87.64 from the same people that I did NOT authorize! I did not realize it was a scam however now looking back I am one of the stupid ones that thought it was legit. SO it is a fraud. I did not make that purchase and never got the product for the shipping cost either. I have attached all the screenshots that i can for you. I have reached out to this *************** (which is some japanese acupuncture place in ** where I have never been. Have not had any response from them. BUT I did not make this purchase! It is fraud and need this fixed ASAP~ I see others have been scammed too. However, they said they correct this stuff in 3 business days. It's been 7 business days and no one is helping. They say well you have to wait for the first **** to respond back. However she is not responding back that I figured it out.Business Response

I do not remember opening a credit card with them. I have reached out and they only have an Al that responds. I asked to cancel everything and i get responses to keep the card. I ssy no and was promised a response by someone in 4 hours. That never happens. I have tried many times to cancel with no response. They have tacked on a lot of fees. I have $26 in fees . Im having an issue that is not being resolved by customer service. I have submitted every documentation requested of me for some reason. Im still being told that my name is not correct on my deposit. I have submitted my ID a PDF form of my deposit slip with this account Linked to it and Im still waiting for somebody to respond and handed the situation at this point Im going to file a report with Better Business Bureau. They advertise as if they are giving people with low credit a chance to get a credit card, just to access your bank account and personal info and CHARGE you $9.00 to sign up for an account that has a zero balance.
