    I am filing this complaint regarding the poor customer service and lack of adequate support from Atlas Reward Card. My account was suddenly restricted without any clear explanation, and when I attempted to resolve the issue, I discovered that there is no immediate or accessible support team available.I was informed that I must wait 72 hours before a support representative can even speak with me about my account issue. This delay is unacceptable, especially since my funds and rewards are currently inaccessible during this time. As a customer, I expect prompt assistance, especially when the company takes unilateral action that impacts my account ***************************** Reward Cards support structure is clearly inadequate to handle complaints and urgent account issues. There is no direct phone line or live chat to speak with someone immediately, leaving customers stranded for days without resolution. This is unacceptable for a financial service that holds customer funds and promotes itself as a reliable rewards program.I am requesting that the BBB investigate Atlas Reward Cards customer support practices and hold them accountable for their failure to provide timely and reasonable assistance. I also seek immediate resolution of my account restriction and assurance that such extreme delays will not occur in the future.Desired Resolution:Immediate review and reinstatement of my account.Assurance that customers can reach a live representative in a timely manner for urgent matters.A review of Atlas Reward Cards support policies to ensure other customers are not subjected to unreasonable delays

    My paycheck was directly deposited to them and I still havent received it and I tried contacting them and they said give them a few days even though it has already been sent by my employer. Ive never received a card to withdraw my money. Ive been given the run around about my funds and thats bill money. I only get paid 1 a month.

    Opened an Atlas account, my account has been restricted for days and I have not been given a reason, I have tried numerous Chat supports and calling the listed numbers and no response, I have completed to ID verification, I want my $60.00 that was direct deposited from my employer put back into my bank account and I am not paying the $8.99 membership fee for something I can't use or have access to

    I canceled this acct then they will want to chat with you within 24 to 48 hours to confirm. They do their chat on this site to cancel your account. Then you woukd have to reactive your account once again to state yes you ******* cancel your acct. They then charge you another $8.99 to become active once again with out you realizing. I tried calling them they have option but when you select an option it states they have no one answer phone to go to the chat. I will have to pay bank fees to get them not to charge my bank acct due to them do ach withdraws.

    This company has taken 4.99.out my account since 2/2024. I've never received A card. I left a .message and emailed about cancelation and money keeps getting withdrawn from my account. I am asking for ****** money ***** refunded as I've asked for cancelation almost a year ago.

    My payment is due on July 24th. They paid themself automatically on July 17th and July 21st. before the due date.

    So I received a letter from this business in the mail and acted on it and then I decided to start putting some of my check in this account and I paid for a yearly subscription but the other day they wanted me to ID myself, mind you this is months after I have been doing business with them and have had no problems with the card and I like that they reported the payments and could possibly help my credit go up but I sent them my ID twice and they said that didn't work or something and then they locked my account and I get paid next week and now I can't even touch my money and I did go in and stop the payment but now they're saying they are only going to give me 15 dollars back now mind you all this was started with my money so they get to keep my money and they are also keeping my yearly subscription as well and stated they are only giving me 15 dollars back but all they started with was 10 dollars and the rest of the money is mine. This company is definitely scamming people and then blocking you from accessing your own money and not refunding the money as promised because they can't tell me when I'm getting a refund and they can't tell me why I'm not getting my money back from the subscription so update now they say they gave me the money back from the subscription but even though the money that started the account was mine they are saying I owe them money and they are keeping 169 dollars of my money and I get back 15 dollars which is wild to me because they loaned me 35 dollars but now they are keeping 169 dollars of my own money and someone definitely needs to look into this company to see how many people they are doing this way and how much extra money they have kept from customers

    I am rejecting this response because:
      I have been using my own money for transactions and you all did not give me anything so I don't accept this response and still feel like you all are scamming people and taking their money when they cancel your accounts because you have given me nothing but 35 dollars so you guys should not be allowed to keep my funds after I cancelled the account and I am looking into filing a civil lawsuit against this company because no matter how you say it, you guys are getting to keep my money and giving me nothing in return for it and the 15 dollars you guys have offered back was declined and can not go back into my account for some reason. So that makes me feel like it was a scam and my bank stopped the credit from hitting my account

    This means your deposit contributes to your *********** along with any unsecured credit. In your case, the outstanding balance was settled using the deposit already on file, so you were not charged again.

    I am rejecting this response because: I still don't agree with the outcome or resolution and I definitely don't trust this company enough to give out my banking information through an email so just send a check but I still plan on having this company investigated because I think y'all are stealing money from people instead of giving them their money after they cancel

    Atlas takes 8.99 out of my account every month. Im not using their services. I have numerous chats asking them to stop taking money and to cancel my account. They do not allow you to speak with anyone. They refuse to help me. This is outrageous.

    An app was downloaded on my phone and the wrong information was put on my phone. The app kept telling me i needed to complete the onboarding profile. I called the ********************** and was told a payment was processed on June 3, 2025 form ************. Since i didnt receive the payment i was told by the SS office that i would need to close the ************ account and i called ************ @ ************. I was informed that i would have to call Atlas because it was connected with ************.. After i called the phone number i was told i would have to go online and do a chat on the app.

    this app is a scam, in 2023 I opened an account found out it was a scam and I attempted to close the account, after finding out there wasn't a way to close the account in disconnected my card and forgot about them. I opened a new bank account in 2025, they somehow got connected to it, and charged me 8.99 per month for every month I never used it over the 2 years. my check hit, they saw it and took my money, their response did you forget you opened an account with us? They give you no way to close the account or remove the bank account from the app. And I want a refund immediately. They stole my money from my business account, it wasn't even my money they stole.
