    I was a platinum member, with my 1 year anniversary coming up in 2 days, in which I was to receive my double cash back from the entire year of spending. I needed to switch my linked checking accounts from one *************** account to a new one - which my direct deposit was recently switched to. ****************** is just an AI Chatbox, but what I needed accomplished was confirmed back to me in the chat, so I thought all was fine. Only to find out only a few minutes later, they fully CLOSED MY ENTIRE ACCOUNT and I have no access...can't log in at all. No responses when reaching out via email. I had to speak to a lawyer today, as my credit will now take a major hit, I am out money owed to me per their terms of service, and since I have to access, I have no way to pay off what credit was used. That was supposed to be paid tomorrow.

    I was charged by atlas without permission 8.99 after I had told them multiple times to close my account

    I was looking into this on 12/6/24, I actually wound up setting this up. Once I looked futher into this wanted to cancel, before anything was done with this. I have send NUMEROUS messages to cancel. I have not heard anything back on the chat.

    I opened a secured credit card account with ********************************************* card on 10/12/2024. Atlas has restricted from this secured credit card account from transacting on 2 separate occasions without providing written notification of my account status change. Additionally, there has been fraudulent activity on this account. I contacted ********************** to report the fraudulent transactions before they posted to my account and ********************** took no action to protect my account after reporting this fraudulent activity. Atlas also did not provide disclosures stating there is no phone number available to reach Atlas. Atlas uses unfair, deceptive and abusive practices because Atlas fails to provide consumers with the required regulatory disclosures concerning changes in secured credit card account status. There are also severe compliance concerns regarding fraud prevention and fraud resolution.

    Their terms for their "credit card" are very vague. Once I created an account I found out what this really was and immediately requested this be cancelled. Over ******************************************************************************************** to confirm that I wanted to cancel. I confirmed that I wanted a cancel and have heard nothing back. Considering they have their hands in my bank account, trying to charge me for a service I immediately stated I wanted cancelled I want them to cancel this account.

    They charged me $8.99 and then restricted account. So I wasn't able to use my spend power even though I paid. I asked multiple times to get money back and cancel. They said I had to wait 48 hrs just to wait on someone to look at my issue and after requesting that my bank account info be removed they said I had to wait ***** hours they have no options to remove your debit card or bank account you can't even update contact information without sending a message to an AI who says the same thing that you have to wait and it's being escalated. Very horrible because you can't speak with anyone and I find it very horrible that you can't even remove your bank account and debit card on your own. It's not the $8.99 I'm bothered by it's the fact my bank information is stuck on an account until they decide to remove it

    I was told by the company site that I would receive up to ***** dollars in credits after spending one thousand dollars with my atlas card in 6 months. I did this in half the time and only got 10 dollars that was not deposited to my bank but was put back into the credit for my card. I am livid that I was lied to and very upset that I was taken advantage of. I would like a fare financial compensation amount credited to me fairly and to go to my banking attachment .

    I never completed an application I even got a message from atlas they had saved my application but I didnt want to proceed as it seemed very sketchy. I then got multiple emails from them that they would initiate a transfer I did not authorize for a card I never finished applying for. I just want anything they did canceled and I refund for what they transferred without my authorization.

    My status in my account says that its not activated but they are charging me for october and november late fees and they frose down my account. They are also emailing me threatening me saying its effecting my credit but the account isnt even activated. I want it shut down.
