I've spent a lot of time on my character, and it's almost perfect. I spent all my salary on Blizzard games. Blizzard has no reason to prohibit my account, seriously damaging the legitimate rights and interests of consumers. Recently, Blizzard replied that it has reviewed my account again, but it has been many days since. "They don't care at all, the game time I bought has been running out, and Blizzard is best at delaying you for various reasons.". This behavior of Blizzard is abominable.

When you eliminate robots And kill us normal consumers together. Such behavior is abominable.Blizzard doesn't pay any attention to consumers like us, and they are not willing to invest a lot of labor to seriously review.       Dear sir, my game account has been blocked today. I am a senior player in World of Warcraft and have been playing World of Warcraft since 2015. Due to the shutdown of the Chinese server, my guild and I went to the Asian server together. My account has a total of 8 sub accounts, only WOW2 has any violations. I just used automatic calling to promote team building. Blizzard should not freeze my remaining 7 sub accounts. All the characters in my eight sub accounts are close to perfection, all of whom have purchased character promotion game services, spending a lot of money and time. You should not treat such a true consumer. Blizzard should not be punished like this. My other 7 sub accounts have not committed any violations, and I request Blizzard to carefully review my account again. The reason is that I broke the rules of the game. I spent a lot of time and money on my account.       I have contacted the company Blizzard Entertainment about their authenticator software not being able to change my information when I discovered that my Information was being sent to the wrong Phone number when I tried to login the email used to login is ************************* Phone Number that it is My information to is unknow they, they are asking for info the I have not have for years and the authenticator seral number i did not know and never received. I have given them the correct info and they are now wanting information I do not have the ticket number is ********

      Hello,On ***** 6th, 2023, I received an email from Blizzard Entertainment, that my account was suspended for 30 days for advertising or participating in in-game activities revolving around real life currency. Neither of these are factual, and I never have over the multiple years I've been playing World of Warcraft.The account they suspended is called WOW#1, the Battle Tag it's under is TasticSilver#****, and the email the account is under is [email protected] sent in an appeal/ticket on the same day. Soon after, rather than receiving any human interaction on the appeal, I was given a copy pasted response of the same email they sent me, and the appeal/ticket was closed.On ***** 7th, 2023, I submitted a second appeal/ticket. Soon after, I finally received human interaction, but they only told me it was under review, and no further information or evidence was provided to me, and the appeal/ticket was closed.On ***** 8th, 2023, I reached out to their support team through ******** hoping to get someone live. Luckily, I was able to, and they said they would escalate it.On ***** 9th, 2023, I sent in another ticket as a follow up to ***** 8th's discussion, and they continued to only tell me that it's still being reviewed, despite being told it was escalated.They have still provided me with no information or evidence to back up their suspension. Also, if they did have that information or evidence to warrant it in the first place, why would this review be taking so long.It's now been five days of not being able to play a game I paid 6 months for.I was unfairly suspended, and they have not been able to provide information or proof of why it happened.

Can't I use a toothpick to press in the blank space? Is there a description of the game regulations? You're not going to kill robots. It's ridiculous to specifically deal with players like us.       Thank you for reaching out on behalf of this customer. We have reviewed the matter an additional time, and we have arrived at the same conclusion.  According to Blizzards internal logs, the records show that an unauthorized third-party program was detected when the account logged into the game server.  Upon review of the logs for the account, Blizzard has discovered that the access matches the customers normal play patterns. 


      Blizzard has determined that the account shall remain suspended on the basis that a) the account was not compromised, and b) its subsequent use of the unauthorized program.  Furthermore, the account is not eligible for a refund of the requested services due to violation of the End User License Agreement (******************************************************************). This action is taken in accordance with the Blizzard End User License Agreement which all users must agree to upon creating a Blizzard account.
