Blizzard Entertainment created a game called Overwatch 2 and charged money for it. Part of the exchange was that they were to add a PvE game mode to the game and have now cancelled that game mode to wich many people paid for. They basically took the consumers money and provided nothing in return. I seek to get that money back, with court involvement if need be.Business Response

I will not be able to assist with this players request. All orders, with real money, on this players account have been sufficiently used. There is nothing I can refund for this player.
I noticed they didnt create a ticket regarding this issue.It would be nice if they reached out via our ticket system or provided feedback on the Overwatch forums. Ill provide a link to both options below.
