1 starStay away from this company if you expect truthful time estimates. When we got our estimate, i mentioned to the REMOVEDthe most consistent bad review was them not delivering on the time line they lay out for you. She said yes, sometimes during the busy season, they get behind. But assured me we were before the busy season and they would be able to meet the date. But of course 2 weeks of waiting and I get an email saying they are delayed. No new time line. My opinion is they tell customers the shorter time line to get the business knowing they cant meet it. If I could get out of the deal I would, even if it met I had to start over with a new company. I dont like companies that dont tell the truth.

1 starI purchased these blinds from 3 day blinds in July 2025. From the moment they were installed, Ive had nothing but problems. The company has either REMOVEDlaced or fixed them (9) times. I have asked for my $9000. back so I can find another company and they said NO! So on November 3, the same REMOVEDcame out and we got different blinds. Its now December 7 no blinds no communication. I have reached out more times than I can remember. They have zero customer service support. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY its been a Nightmare!!!!!*. REMOVED

1 starPricing-overpriced Timeframe- Extremely long and nothing near 3days . I ordered shaded and shutters and its been over a month of REMOVEDbiggest complaint so farREMOVEDErrors- Was accidentally charged a duplicate for my shades and it was NOT fixed until I found it on my statement , 2 weeks went by and they charged me almost 2k extra and wouldnt haven even fixed it had I not double checked my account! Contacted agent and they apologized and will refund their error on extra charge but what if i never looked at my bill, they would be banking off all these fees so check your statement from them Still waiting for my installation and the quality of the items but I do NOT ever recommend them , please go with someone who has better costumer service , better timeframe, better communication, and overall a well trusted place, this place has too many other parties so its hard to reach or pinpoint all the REMOVEDI called customer care a lady named Chia picked up after i told her the error she said no we dont do compensation for an error that was fixed very rudely. Timeframe: The contractor for shades was scheduled today and the drivers car suddenly broke and had to reschedule. The only good thing is they actually do come out to your house to measure and show samples, but once they do come out and you purchase, they have to come back out to double measure so that adds more time. Also they do pressure sales, my agent emailed me 3 hours after we met and promoted a same day deal if i booked by 9pm and the email was sent 7pm. They really expect you to make a big decision in a few hours and they truly REMOVEDIm upset I went with them Do your homework dont go here. Way over priced, long timeframe to install, lots of errors and too many 3rd parties.If I could leave .5 a star I would

1 starOur design consultant was unknowledgeable about their window treatments. We wanted blinds that lowered from the top and what got installed were blinds that rose from the bottom; the complete opposite of what we wanted. She misled us into signing a contract for a product we did not want and now there's nothing 3 Day Blinds will do to fix it. Unacceptable behavior from their employee.

2 starsI recently purchased roller shades and valances from 3 Day Blinds without obtaining additional quotes. The blinds themselves look great, but unfortunately, the installer didnt set the track up correctly, which left a noticeable long spot on my new shades. I reached out for a replacement since the product is still under warrantyit was only a week after installationbut Ive had a very difficult time getting the issue resolved. I keep getting the runaround instead of real assistance.While the quality of the blinds is good, I strongly recommend getting multiple quotes before purchasing. Even with their advertised discounts, 3 Day Blinds prices are quite high compared to other companies.

1 starHaving a customer 2/6/2023, I referred REMOVED(also dba Rayline Texas in the REMOVEDarea) to my neighbor. Their subsequent purchase 6/5/2025 qualified me for the referral $50 gift card was acknowledged by their sales rep. REMOVEDup on 7/9 created a case number supposedly for their review/action. Subsequent calls on 8/12, 9/11 and 10/7 have not produced even an attempt to resolve.

2 starsWorked with 3-Day Blinds based out of REMOVEDto order 4 cornices for our primary bedroom. Two were installed and two were not, due to the cornice not enabling the door to open. (Initial order: REMOVED). The initial designer was neat and helpful, and the installer was apologetic and professional. He assured us they would replace the cornices with others that would work for the door. The remake order (REMOVED) was a disaster. The installer was unprofessional. Texted hours before the appointment and said he was in the neighborhood so was coming to our home in 5 mins (I work from home and had moved calls/meetings and animal care to accommodate the initial meeting time). I had to quickly crate multiple dogs, leave an important client call, and let him in to install the cornices. Within minutes, he walked in my office and said "yeah, these won't work for you." I was on a client call and asked him to leave them. Instead, he left a giant pile of trash in my bedroom and took the cornices. That was in July of 2025. I have since sent several emails and calls, only to receive a refund. I DO NOT want a refund, I'd like the cornices I paid for. When we called again, a new designer said she would help us get the fabric so we could make our own covering for our door roller shade. I am happy to make my own. THEY WILL NOT SELL ME MY ALREADY-MADE CORNICES BACK, NOR THE FABRIC. I've had so many calls and emails. I don't have time for more. This is totally unprofessional and now I have to start the entire process over from scratch in order to have matchinc fabric coverings for our bedroom roller shades. They need to seriously train their install staff and be better about customer care. I am trying to give them money and buy fabric and they've basically told me to pound sand. Work with any other company.

1 starMy experience was totally negative. Salesman, REMOVED, didn't follow through. Had to go to his boss, REMOVED, for relief. After purchase, measuring was fine and ordered. Waited almost a month for install. At install, pieces missing. Waited 3 weeks for reorder of missing valance. Second install WRONG! Reorder finally complete 10 days later. REMOVEDthe installer was the best part of the process. I would never recommend this company to anyone. No company follow up regarding my concerns.

1 starDo NOT use 3 Day Blinds. I live in REMOVEDand recently ordered some new blinds for my daughter's room. I used to have REMOVEDand REMOVEDblinds and they were great, but we were looking to update them. REMOVEDwas acquired by 3 Day Blinds, so we decided to try 3 Day Blinds. The designer, REMOVED, came to our house and we selected some new blinds that she guaranteed me would be of the same quality we had up already, just newer. When the installer came a few weeks later he installed the three sets of blinds. One was too wide but he hung it anyway. The mechanism to open/close it was also broken. A second one's mechanism was broken in that it only opened and closed sideways. He said he'd get them reordred and left with our old (yet still good blinds). I then realized he left dirty handprints all over the white blinds and they were VERY CHEAP/ POOR quality material. Like paper your child you could write on. Further each crease had black lines like they had been ironed. When I complained the company was NOT helpful in refunding. They require you to reorder or select a new product. They were extremely unhelpful. I did not want a new product (after this experience). They tried to force me to order a new kind of shade - basically acknowledging how poor quality the ones I ordered were. There was no accountability. The designer stopped engaging with me and was quite rude. I would NEVER use this company again. They broke their contract with me (which I pointed out to the escalation department) and do not take accountability for their poor quality, low customer service and pretty shotty installation service. You are better off going somewhere else that takes pride in their work.

1 starThis company is the worst company to order from. I dont recommend ever buying from 3 day blinds. We waited 2 months for delivery. The REMOVEDshades were wrong color. The curtains could not be put up because brackets were not provided. Blind in kitchen-motor was broken. Came back 2nd install-living room rod is broken, does not work, curtains tooooo long, not enough hooks, motor for kitchen could not be replaced, new one broken, REMOVEDshades still wrong color. REMOVEDnever calls back. Elevate to corporate, still no call back with multiple calls. REMOVEDfrom install calls to set up te-install and cancels appt and is nasty about install. No response from the company, or corporate. Have taken compliant to credit card company. Do NOT ever use 3 day blinds!!!!!
