We hired this company to help us get out of a timeshare we purchased after being lied to. This company came into our home and explained how they could help, after reviewing our account they were sure they could get us out of the contract we were in. That was several Years ago, my husband and I have emailed countless times to get a status on our case and we have yet to hear back, the only message I got was a callback appointment that was never made. This has been reporting to the credit bureau and ruining my credit, this was also supposed to not happen and again no one has helped me/us. I feel as though this company is no different than the timeshare company and they prey on the weak and steal their money and never help you or complete your case.My credit is ruined and I want the money back that I paid you, false advertising and unkept Promises makes this company no different than the timeshare company.I am Hoping that this will push my Case forward and give me some Information since clearly They dont seem to care about their paying customers!Business Response

In May of 2020 I paid a substantial amount to timeshare compliance to assist with my timeshare removal . I was told this process with take ***** months . I have never seen anything from the lawyers that are working on the case and have gotten no resolution. For the past 8 months I have been trying to get to the bottom of this with no help . They referred me to a credit agency which cost $3500 so in total we have paid close to $9000. No updates on the status of my account and I am trying to figure out what's the status . They are dishonest and just as dishonest as the actual timeshare service . Purchasing a home was challenging because of this ongoing issue and this company is falsely representing a service . They told me 3 months ago they would credit me for the money we spent for the credit service still nothing .Business Response

We agreed to make a contract with Timeshare Compliance in early 2020. We have not received any updates for months and there has not been any progress in our case. We have paid over $10,000. We were told that our credit will not be affected due to that during litigation the credit bureaus could not report until the litigation concluded. Our credit has been massively been effected right after we agreed to work with Timeshare Compliance. We are ready to move on from Holiday Inn Timeshare and Timeshare Compliance. We contacted Timeshare Compliance in early 2021 about exiting a timeshare with Wyndham. Like the other folks leaving complaints, we have very similar experience of years going by with little or no real measurable progress once they get the money ($7849) and have us also pay the attorney ($750). Also despite an email that assured us quarterly updates. This last piece is certainly not being done. We have to initiate progress updates by emailing them. Our timeshare did go into foreclosure causing credit hit, though we sent letters to the credit agencies and it didnt matter. So their hired credit monitoring agency would have done the same thing and we notice that other complaints here indicate that the big fees they paid for the credit monitoring agency was just a money rip off as their credit was impacted just like ours. Made no difference. I notice that in response to complaints where timeshare went into foreclosure that ** is congratulating them for getting out of their timeshare!! are you kidding? Congratulations to the people you took massive fee from for a result that cost credit points for years where essentially ** did nothing? How tone deaf and insulting!Where is the effort to still exit the timeshare and if Wyndham forecloses and we are out, then pay our monies back for NOT performing an exit you were paid to accomplish!Business Response

On 2-3-21 I sent timeshare compliance $6449.00 and $750.00 for there lawyer mcclosky legal and now MXM legal to release me from my timeshare and now it is 2 yrs later no one will help me. When I contact my timeshare Diamond resorts they don't know what I am talking about. I have every piece of paper work since the beginning. NO ONE WILL CONTACT OR HELP ME!!!. THEY EVEN BLOCKED ME FROM THERE WEB SITE. PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME

I paid Timeshare Compliance $4000 to resolve the issue of release from my timeshare. Now, three years later, I have only received emails asking me to be patient. I have not seen any real progress description on the matter. Recently, I contact them to inform them that ownership/ management had changed. While they acknowledge receipt of my information, still I have not received information regarding the negotiation process and the position of the entity involved. I would like to know how long should this process take, I am not getting any younger.Business Response

I hired Timeshare Compliance at the end of May 2021 to get me out of my small timeshare that we had only purchased 4 months prior. They sent out a cease and desist letter in July of 2021. A year later I reached out to ask for an update and they said they were sending a deman letter out soon and was sent out 10 days later. I have a feeling it would have been longer I hadnt of reached out. They told me they would give the developer several months to respond. Here it is 10 months later and have not got any updates in the past 6 months and had to reach out to them for an update 6 months ago when they told me they would consistently have quarterly updates. I also stopped payment last on my timeshare because they said they had a credit company that I could hire to help protect my credit if I decided to stop payments. Within 8 months the timeshare had went into foreclosure and made a huge impact on my fiancs credit score. They expressed to me that if they cannot get me out of the timeshare they would refund me. Seeing that there are 18 complaints in the past year against timeshare compliance with the same exact issues, I would like to ask for my refund. ThanksBusiness Response

I spoke to no one in February. Unless you are saying you spoke to me in 2022. Not sure what the congratulations is for. The timeshare still hit my fiancs credit. If that was going to be the case all along, I would have never hired this company and just quit paying on the timeshare, Because it ends in the same result. I need this off his credit. If we get released from this time share, there should be no reason for it to be on his credit report. Seeing we hired you almost a year before they charged off our account. Thanks.Business Response

After "signing up" in 2020, sending all the information and contracts and paying the $11000 fees, neither Timeshare Compliance nor the attorney ******************** contacted us proactively even once. We followed up with them several times, to which we were told to be patient and they'd be in contact. We're never heard from them until we followed up months later, and again received the same message. The company with whom we had our timeshare eventually foreclosed the loan, and yet we still never heard from anyone. At Timeshare Compliance nor ******** Law despite following up again and specifically requesting contact with next steps. At this point, I'm not sure if this company and the law firm are even legitimate businesses as we seem to have been scammed.Business Response

I have never once received a call from the company. They have called my husband, including twice today where he answered, repeatedly said, "hello" and there was no response. As in the past, I have returned called and asked for contact to be made at my number, which I have also provided numerous times. I also returned the call today after my husband, not me, received an email. No one answered, and I left another message for a person named ******. I hired Timeshare Compliance to assist in cancelling two timeshares. After four and half years, the matter has not been resolved.
