    I signed up with TRA a few months ago. Ive been paying the deposits of $125 for the initial $600 down payment. Ive been calling to speak to someone for over a month who is working my case. When they answer the phone they tell me they dont know who is working my case and theyll have someone reach out to me asap. No one calls no one emails me. I have urgent questions and updates for them but no one will help me out. They try multiple times a week to charge my account which is unauthorized. I only authorized them on select days. This was also something u was trying to reach out to them about.

    I contacted TRA to see what my options are for tax relief. They sent over some forms and seems really helpful, but I informed them I was going to be unable to complete the forms for a couple of days. Each day afterward I received 20 phone calls from TRA. I was unable to answer the first day because of work, and the second day I refused to answer because of being spammed by them. When I did answer, I requested them to stop contacting me, that I would no longer be pursuing their services. While I was on the phone with a TRA **** I received 2 additional phone calls from TRA. Later, they called again, after I had already requested they stop calling me. I answered and requested a second time. Again, while on the phone with a **** I received 2 more calls from TRA. Later,I got ANOTHER call. I answered, and told them to stop calling me. WHILE STILL ON THE PHONE WITH A REP, I got another 2 phone calls from TRA. I have requested three times, with a representative, for them to stop calling me, and I am still getting multiple phone calls from them. I want them to stop calling me. They are spamming my phone.

    My son died suddenly in July of 2024. He had been working with this company to reduce his tax debt since early 2022. He had paid in full (@ $4000-5000) to this company to resolve late tax issues. This company's service was to negotiate with Federal tax admin (***) to reduce my son's tax liability. No negotiation ever took place by this company. My son never received any confirmation from this company on any progress made with the ***. As the executor of his estate, I am trying to resolve this liability, i.e. complete the tax resolution that he paid TRA for, After escalating due to no action, **** ******, a manager of this company, committed to working with me to complete this task. I have been transferred and handed off to multiple parties since then to people who also claim they would complete this task. The last call I had was on May 28, 2025 from Zyprin **** who suddenly advised me that they would no longer pursue resolution with the *** since the client was deceased. This decision by them was after I had been working with them for the last six months as the executor of his estate. I refused to accept this and requested the case by escalated immediately, yet again. I was promised a call back from a supervisor within ***** hours - which has not happened as of June 8, 2025, 11 days.

    Other (requires explanation) Billing adjustment;

    I am appealing to *** (through the BBB) to act with integrity, humanity, and business professionalism. I believe I have interacted and treated *** with respect, patience, integrity, humanity, efficiency, and in a polite and professional manner. At this point, I have made it clear since May 22, ******************************** any addt *** services and respectfully ask that they honor the cancelation/termination of our agreement. Before terminating/canceling the agreement, I reached out to *** to inquire about making arrangements to pay for services rendered, even though I was not going to continue with the agreement. ****** M. provided me directions to do so, however, when I reached out to WPM/CC I was advised otherwise, then when I called ***** M she informed me that my termination cancellation was denied. I made repeated attempts to work with *** to process the cancellation. In the ensuing weeks, because I have tried so thoroughly, respectfully, and amicably to work with them and they have been so dismissive I feel that what couldve been addressed three weeks ago they have dragged out adding additional frustration, anxiety, wasted efforts and disappointment. This is a readily fixable situation. At this time, I would like to acknowledge and request the following: I have paid $795 for the initial Federal Tax Investigation; I am not asking for a refund or price adjustment on that amount. Due to cancellation, *** will not be completing/filing my 2024 taxes/2023 amendment. I would like an adjustment to pay 50% for tax prep for 2024 (adjusted amount = $375.00); 50% Tax Prep amend and refile for 2023 (adjusted amount =$600.00); 75% of the *** tax filings for both 23 and 24 (adjusted amount =$900 each = $1,800.00) I would like a 50% adjustment/refund to the Onboarding Fee (adjusted amount =$497.50). This totals $3,272.50 that I am ready and willing to pay. The remaining outstanding services that were not/will not be completed/started/rendered I would like a billing adjustment/removal/refund from my account. They include: 50% for tax prep for 2024 ($375.00); 50% Tax Prep amend and refile for 2023 (adjusted amount =$600.00); 25% of the *** tax filings for both 23 and 24 (adjusted amount =$300.00 each = total $600.00) I would like a 50% adjustment to the Onboarding Fee (adjusted amount =$497.50) 100% adjustment for 1 year Accounting/Bookkeeping ($3,600); and 100% adjustment for Federal Resolution ($9,550) charges. This total adjustment amount I am requesting is $15,222.50.

    I continue to reiterate, as I have to ***, and associated partners, that I want to amicably, reasonably, and respectfully terminate and cancel this agreement. I want no further services from *** and of course do not want to pay for services not rendered/not satisfactory/not started/completed. I do not know what else I can do professionally and personally to appeal to the integrity and humanity of the *** company/board. *** -- I would appreciate it, I am asking if you please would look at this case on an individual basis, and see that I am being respectful and doing everything in my power to be reasonable and fair minded, I am simply asking the same in return. I am asking for the termination/cancellation to be honored. I am offering to pay for services rendered (and truly, at this point, I imagine that others in this situation perhaps would not be so inclined). Once again, I am trying to keep this amicable and would like it to be resolved ASAP. I have additional notes and comments that I will gladly provide as well as I am willing to answer any questions you may have. Thank you.

    To Recap: I have paid *** $795. I am offering to pay *** an additional $3,272.50 towards services rendered/partially rendered; I am asking for a billing adjustment/refund of $15,222.50 (all outlined above) and for *** to honor the cancellation/termination agreement.

    Since enrolling in Tax Relief Advocate the Tax resolution officer was not knowledgeable about several things that I inquired about she provided inaccurate and inconsistent information. These issues caused me to lose trust in Tax Relief Advocate to manage my tax obligations. Lack of timely communication, phone calls and emails not being returned in a reasonable timeframe. Inconsistent and unclear about details provided about my case. Lack of follow-up, schedule a day and time to go over my case and no return call. I have asked these people multiple, multiple, multiple, times to PLEASE STOP CALLING ME AND TAKE ME OFF THEIR LIST. The most polite response I received (Today June 5, 2025) was from ********. She laughed at me and hung up on me. The rest of the people that work at this outfit usually cuss me out then hang up on me. If I receive one more call from this company I am filling a complaint with the the ****, ***, *** and ************************. The only reason I am NOW filing a complaint with the BBB is because in the past when I asked for the company name they usually hang up on me. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ******************** call came in on 06/05/2025. I don't remember the number because you use a random caller ID program and picks numbers associated with my area code.

    The first call I got was from a ********. When I asked her to remove me from the list she muttered some profanity and hung up on me. Then i got another call and was transferred to a guy that was very mature and nice. I played along like i was interested in your services. When he started asking me question I told him I was uncomfortable giving out my information unless I can look up the company information. He gave me this company name and website. I then proceeded to tell him my intentions and he asked me not to mention him in the complaint. He also stated he would remove me from your database.

    If you can find the ******** that was working on 06/05/2025 and listen to her calls you will see I didn't get the wrong company.

    Truthfully i don't buy you cant find my number and suggest its a different company. But as long as i dont get anymore calls we are good. If i get another call from your janky i will escalate this to local and federal authorities.
