    This company is a total SCAM. Wish i can give a zero lol. They put me on a payment plan for 3 years. I had no idea what company was I switched to online banking & saw this wierd company called DocPrepPay.com taking ***** out monthly. Come to find out it was a company designed to withdraw on behalf of a different company that led to Prosperity Benefit Services. I did some **************** is the company appointed by my student loans. I called and confronted this company only for them to email me desperate for me to sign paperwork authorization to make ****** release information about my student loans. Get online banking. If i had it i would have caught onto this bull c*** years ago. I personally believe the company called FDAC a student loan consolidation company was also fake & got money and are affiliated with this kind of company both in ********** its same kind of Scam just under a different name now. If the company is not on the official student loan government website do not trust it @all. I asked for this supposed paperwork today of me signing up for services that I imaginarily signed and asked for it to be emailed to me so I could review ******** I have proof of a forged signature. The company customer service immediately closed my account emailing me of that after being on the phone with them today stating that the signature was fraudulent further confirming my concerns.
