    ******** with Myspacover was very diligent in ensuring the dimensions of the cover were correct. She followed up with me during each step of the process including post delivery follow up. The cover was delivered promptly by ************ and the driver was very helpful. The cover fits well and I treated it with spa cover conditioner. Looks great!

    This company sold me a cover and did not list the dimensions of the thickness of the cover. It would not work on my hot tub and they did absolutely nothing to resolve the issue. They also charged me for shipping using a third part that damaged my lawn. No customer service!

    My spa cover fits perfectly and is a major upgrade to the original one. I am looking forward to dealing with MySpaCover many years down the road if this one ever deteriorates like the original one did

    This company does not return covers if your measurements are wrong. I would not recommend using this company. Spa covers are low quality compared to most companies.

    Great experience.The sales rap was extremely helpful in determining the Measurements of my spa so when the spa cover was delivered it fit perfectly even though my spot is ten years old and has swelled. Quality looks great very impressed and would use my spa cover again.

    I found myspacover online and I was hesitant to make such a large purchase without seeing the product or history with the company. I was blown away by the fast shipping and the quality of the over when it arrived. It was a perfect fit and I highly recommend this firm. I found their phone in customer service representatives to be kind and knowledgeable and I had responses within minutes from the online portal. I was impressed.

    Orderd a new octagon Spa cover with weather shield. I really like the new material. It is supposed to be stronger and lighter. My order came in just over a week even though the site said it would take two weeks to make and up to a week to ship, however I do live close by. The website was very easy to use and explained how to measure to make sure you got the right size. Price seems fair. I would definitely recommend if you need a new spot cover.

    Was unsure about ordering due to mixed reviews. Went ahead and completed a custom size order. The next day was emailed to double check all the measurements. Expected a 6-8 week arrival and after ordering on April 14th it arrived today (May 1). Fit great and no damage. Seems high quality, only time will tell, but very happy so far with my decision.

    Even though this company has been hammered with negative reviews and BBB complaints, I called them to explain to me what their problem was.Their explanation was acceptable to me and I ordered a cover with all the upgrades. $748. It came almost 3 weeks sooner than I was told, was packaged well, is exactly as I ordered and fits perfectly. A beautiful cover with upgraded fabric cover material. I ordered it on 4/5/2024 and it was on my hot tub on 4/23/2024. It appears to be very high quality and almost identical to my old cover that lasted 9 years in the Pacific NW. The center seam on the inside of the old cover started to separate and then our roofer dropped a hammer on it that tore a hole in the vinyl covering. The best part is the roofer paid for our brand-new hot tub cover! My Spa Cover is first rate in my opinion. Just saying...
