            In July 2021 the Better Business Bureau (BBB) investigated OEM Service Products business practices.This investigation was prompted by scam tracker reports. Consumers alleged through their reports to the BBB that the business was sending invoices ranging from $865.5 - $983.76 to businesses and consumers who have not purchased their products.

            On July 23, 2021, BBB sent the company a Business Practice Inquiry to address the following: details regarding how OEM Service Products bills for its services and products; provide details regarding how the company's lead list is generated; provide business’ policies and procedures in contacting potential customers; details regarding the physical business address and contact information.

            As of August 2021 the business has not responded to BBB's inquiry.

            Consumers with outstanding concerns are still encouraged to file a complaint for BBB records, but may also wish to contact their local Attorney General's Office, and/or file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission.

            Scammers to the 3rd power. They will make up an order and an amount over $1000 and send you an invoice expecting you to pay it. I guess they assume that companies are so busy and try to pay all of the invoices if they can sneak one in on you.. Nope. We dont need toner for a laser jet printer and didnt buy it. They made it up.
