  Still trying to wrap my head around how easy the entire process was. Started and closed in about 72hrs. Everything was done online except the Notary, but only because CT does not allow it. Even after having the money deposited, I am still waiting for the catch. So far the hook is still empty. ***** *. was extremely patient and if he was ever annoyed with me and all my questions (I can honestly say I would have been), he NEVER showed it even after talking and still not believing for over a combined hour. The biggest reason we chose West Capital was because of the time to close and receive the money since time was of the essence. Most of the other companies were looking at 2-4 weeks to close for a lot less cash out and a lot more hoops to through. Thank you again ***** and West Capital.

  Not a good company . Poor communication after, changing loan terms . Not proactive . You have to ask for an update then one is never provided . My loan officer was friendly but would rather have someone that actually cares about their customers . You are just a number to them. Will not be doing business again with them.

  I had great contact from them at the beginning. But, since have gotten information on two separate people requesting loans from them not pertaining to us.. Makes me wonder who has gotten my information. I WOULD NOT recommend this company if you want your information to be kept private.

  This company called and asked for my son. The man did not introduce himself and when I asked who was calling, he hung up on me. I called the number back and got the company name. I blocked the number, as I have no wish for further contact from such a rude and unprofessional organization.

  Customer Representative named by **** *******, took my personal information and never called back still waiting it's been more than a week. After telling me to give him five minutes. Have to keep my information monitored as taking my SS# and date of birth.

  My Broker was: Will ******* l ****************** (NMLS #******).Will successfully completed our loan for a refinance. There were many nuances to ensuring we got the best deal, and he worked hard for us along the way. He is extremely educated on not only the process, and predicted changes in the market that proved to be very beneficial to the timing of what we received. He correctly advised us when to do each step from the appraisal, to the lock, to the closing. Based on the rates going down as predicted and homes sold in our comp area selling for less soon thereafter, he protected our investment in this process. He is a workhorse, completely communicative on a daily basis keeping us in the know, and created a clear vision with structured direction.He knows the market, and the Lenders know and trust him. It couldnt have worked out better. He and ***** ******* (in the Lending department) were a perfect team. After vetting him HARD, I can say I absolutely trust him, and thats saying a lot coming from me. I highly recommend Will ******* excellent work is hard to find.

  Not advocating for your best interests - simply whatever financing is easiest and fastest to get through for their percentage. I was looking into a HELOC and they pushed for a refi cash out that would more than double my APR on a 30 year fixed. After a 10-minute conversation with **** ***, he simply hung up on me, while I was in mid-sentence, when my questions were too complicated and not worth his time.

  The whole process was quick, straight-forward and resulted in a huge amount of financial relief! ****************** was friendly and patient, and promptly responded to my numerous questions and concerns throughout the process. I would definitely suggest West Capital Lending for this sort of loan!

  I. explained to **** my circumstances and he sent me some rates for the loan. After I sent him all my info, paystubs and etc.. for them to process the loan. A refi- cash out loan. Then he said there was a glitch in there system and my circumstances don't qualify.There website doesn't even generate online, but there linked-In page shows pictures of events from a month ago. Maybe they are all scam artist trying to gather everyones personal information-
