      I have been getting calls from this company for 3 months. Back to back calls to myself and husband. I have requested to be off their list nicely and blocked them. They then call me back from another number. At this point it is harassment. I have never wanted to do business with this company. I asked for a manager and they said they dont have managers. I just want to be left alone. How is this legal?

      I have blocked their number on my phone but somehow they continue to call me daily and leave a voicemail claiming that I contacted them first which is not the case.

      This company called me every day the past four days, and they called five times yesterday. They are looking for "*****." I told them there was nobody here by that name. They also texted me. They changed their number each time. How do I make them stop?

      I am writing this review for my father, a 77 year old Vietnam Veteran and recent widower that was working with ****** ****.****** ****, Executive Branch Manager, does not handle rejection well. During a text exchange, upon letting him know I did not want to move forward with him to refinance, he called me a liar, said I was chickening out and wasnt a man because I texted him instead of calling him about ***** daughter called him to confront his disrespect, she also called him an A-hole, to which he then responded to her saying, when your mom died, I sent flowers, so Im not an A**** He was then flooded with F bombs.The next day, he left several voicemail messages telling me to be a man and call him back to talk about everything.

      Hi, on Saturday, October 26, 2024, I closed on a refinance loan with West Capital. I did so l specifically to get $47,000 in cash. Loan officer ****** **** assured me of those terms and that is the main reason why I signed. The payment goes up by $600. Now after talking to the title company, I found out I'm not getting anything back in cash. Moon lied to me to get me to sign (see screenshot of email) and now won't return my calls or emails. The loan hasn't even funded yet. Since I would not have signed without getting the money back and was lied to about it, I would like the mortgage company to either honor what they promised or rescind the deal as well as repair any damage done to my credit report.       On 9/30/2024 I received over a half dozen calls and text messages from this company. They call me ****** and keep calling and texting. They change their number for every new call and text. I feel harassed by the number of calls and texts I am receiving.

      Discrimination- Here is the first message from this lender without doing any due diligence. "Hi. I'm overwhelmed right now with clients due to the recent rate decrease. At this point I'm only taking on people who are ready to proceed with a full application. Everyone's time is extremely precious right now, I'm sure you can understand. I can refer you to someone who has a smaller clientele. Thank you very much." ******* *******

      My interaction with west capitol was gained though false advertising after gaining my personal information for the loan ******************* tried to explain to me that because I stated my home value was from $550,000 to $600,000and it valued at 565 is the reason they did not honor the original interest rate and give him the opportunity to search another lender which he came back with a lower rate and I pay $5000. Told him it wasnt a good decision to go with and he asked if I saw the numbers before I refused the loan. Today I received a letter stating I was denied the loan for not meeting conditions. This appears to be retaliation for not accepting his loan.

      April 2024 i began ta;kpng with *************************. i have over $300,000 in equity in my home. i have never refinanced still have original interest rate since 2016. my debt to income ratio is too high, i pay all my bills on time but my credit score is low because my utilization is high. i needed a hard money interest only loan to finish needed repairs and pay off my little bit of debt thats keping my credit score low. i have companies tell me all the time that they will be able to help me, then after a montrh of sending all documents they require then i dont hear from them anymore. i have over 20 hard credit pulls from all these people who can "help " me. i let all loan officers know from the start , unless they have a magic wand, i doubt they can help...im disappointed in ************************* because she told me the loan was a done deal, they were ordereing the appaisal, then they were not! i hired a contractor for repairs that needed finishing and was going to have him start. thank God it rained last saturday, which made contractor unable to start..*************************** calls me to tell me my debt to income is too high they cant fund my loan! this was after she trold me it was a done deal! She says she had other options. then i dont hear from her, she doesnt return anymore calls nor answwer anymore of my emails. i sent her an email , i recieved a surprise check for $2400 and i asked her what i should pay that would have the biggest effect on my debt to income ratio? still no response..she put me in a situation..now i need to find help to get out of. i will need to pay contractor with cash that i dont have. my shower needs to be made bigger and bathroom ADA **** compliant. the bathroom is not usable because its too small when you need assistance from a ****** or wheelchair. i was told no appraisal was ordered. i didnt pay them anything yet.they took a whole month away from me wasted my time, added to another hard pull on my credit report. and they were sent personal info

      On 2/12/24 an employee of their company sent over authorization to run myself/wife's credit (Hard Inquiry). Neither one of us gave any authorization for them to run our credit. Employee name is ***********************.
