5 stars******* T and **** * took great care of me. I shopped my refinance around to 4 different lenders and Network Capital Funding gave me the overall best rate. ******* was always very responsive, took his time to explain the process and got me settled with all the paperwork while **** was quick to get this closed out it a couple weeks. Overall very satisfied with this company. I received the personalized service of a small company with the conveniences of those larger box type institutions. A+.

5 starsI just purchased another property in **. I used Network Capital before, so i gave them another opportunity for this new 2nd home. I was in a crunch and needed it closed fast to win my offer. They delivered and did a great job. My real estate agent Mat was greatly impressed as well. He is going to start using them for the processing of Purchase loans. Reasons i like them = They closed fast. They didnt charge me lender fees so the money brought to closing was minimal. I like how often they updated me. I was able to not have my work be interrupted with silly things. Overall, it was a solid experience.Network Capital Funding Corporation

1 starDO NOT USE NETWORK CAPIAL. This one star should actually be a negative 5 stars. Anyone that rates this company high must be working for them or a relative. Im glad to see BBB has given them an actual score. ****** has a bunch of reviews that are clearly from employees or family members and friends. They advertise on the local ********** ** radio station **** on the weekends. I wondered why none of the personalities also talk them up. It is all because they are a scam. claiming how much they can help people and how different they are. They will lead you on with great rates that they dont give. If your credit is good, Dont get roped in with their unfairly structured loans. You will pay so much more of the principal early on with someone else. I was told by ***** **** that I had bad credit and they would require so many more documents than others. The rep ***** **** said that everyone else would require this. It is a government thing.Well, others dont and the rates are better at many other ********* NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH NETWORK CAPITAL!!!!Network Capital Funding Corporation
