This company bought my mortgage last year, called me and and offered a free rate reduction. After explaining I had a bad experience in the past with a refinance I asked if this was the same kind of deal; It was, and they lied. After pulling my credit they ghosted me and sent a ridiculous offer a month later. I tried to reach them and eventually got the ladys boss in NY who basically told me I was an idiot and that its my fault for approving the credit check. Now a year later they sold my mortgage. Avoid this gimmick and this company if you can.

We would like to find out what happened and see if we can provide a satisfactory resolution for the client. However, we can't seem to find them in our database. Please provide more details like phone or loan number, or anything that can help locate the file. Thank you!

This company has been sending relentless emails to our property management company and board of directors trying to get us to fill out Form **** for an owner. This form is optional and the broker continues to lie and send emails suggesting we are wrong.I personally would never use this company after this experience. My two cents is they want the commission and want to close the loan. They don't care that they are lending money to an investor. Zero stars!

they need to stop calling me. i don't know who they are, everything on ****** mentions a mortgage. I don't own a house. they blow my phone up from different numbers. this is ridiculous and a nuisance.

This company is horrible and has no idea what they are doing. Theyve held our mortgage for just 6 months and did a faulty escrow analysis, completely omitting a month of payments. They accepted our July payment, which was made on time and applied it to our mortgage and escrow, then did an analysis without it. How does a corporation forget about an entire month? Weve since called three times over the course of the last month asking for the analysis to be redone and they promise itll be done in a week (even I could do it faster myself) and it still hasnt been completed. We have an incorrect payment due and its been pointed out to them 3x and they have done nothing to correct it. My last call I spoke to a manager and his recommendation was that we make our payment late so we can have an accurate payment when we pay (they again promised to redo the analysis which we know wont happen because no one at this company understands how to do one). But representatives at this company are encouraging customers to make late payments! So I should destroy my credit because you cant do your job? What is wrong with the training here does anyone at this company know what they are doing? Can anyone at this company do a proper escrow analysis and give us an accurate payment is that at all possible?

We did reach out to our partners at TMS and spoke directly with the Escrow Manager. The description within the escrow analysis within Part 2 Escrow Account History is listing what they indicate as a projected amount. We did go over the loan history and can confirm that your escrow payments have posted and/or have been credited accurately. The system that TMS utilizes causes this description within the short year escrow analysis. The attached loan history is provided to confirm all month escrow payments have been credited. They also indicated that this is caused based on timing of when actual payment is posted within the servicing system.The future annual escrow analysis will reflect a 12-month period of projected payments and actual loan history. The main cause of any shortage within your escrow account during this review period was based on an increase of tax payments compared to prior year.The focus of our review was to ensure that your monthly escrow payments are being applied accurately, which we can confirm. This is the worst business I have had to deal with regarding solicitation calls. They call on a daily basis and always from a different number. Despite the number of times I have asked them to stop calling and to remove me from their list, I continue to receive daily calls. Truly a terrible way to try and solicit customers.

I am getting 2 to 4 calls a day from National Capital Funding Corporation. I have asked to be removed from their call list multiple times. They were calling from various spoof numbers showing it's from local. Numerous times I told them I'm not interested in their business but still they keep calling. I blocked the number every time they call me. Still calling from different spoof numbers. This harassments must stop.
