    2 PROBLEMS: 1. RAN MY CREDIT WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. / 2. CALLED ME AFTER 9PM BEING A PUSHY SALESMAN, ALMOST HARRASSING I CONTACTED THE COMPANY ABOUT AN ESTIMATE ON REFINANCING MY HOME. THE AGENT ASKED COULD HE DO A SOFT CREDIT CHECK TO GIVE ME A BETTER ESTIMATE. I WAS VERY CLEAR I WAS SHOPPING AROUND AND DID NOT MY CREDIT RAN. REITTERATED TWICE, I DID NOT WANT MY CREDIT RAN. WELL, THE AGENT CALLED ME MONDAY, 7 APRIL 2025, AT 9 ******* AT NIGHT. 8 APRIL, I RECEIVED A NOTIFICATION FROM CREDIT KARMA, MY SCORE DROPPED. WITHOUT MY PERMISSION, HE RAN MY CREDIT ANYWAY ON 7 APRIL. AGAIN, I HAVE TOLD HIM SEVERAL TIME NOW.

    As with the numerous other complaints posted I was unsuccessful with removing my name from their relentless call list. How does BBB justify an A+ rating with such a harassing company? They call several times per day but say nothing abd disconnect the call. Stop calling me!

    I asked them to cancel a loan transaction with my husband as we are retired people they refused. As I realize that the loan will last for 30 years and I am retired so I couldnt continue with the loan transaction but they forcefully continued to approve the loan. I have called and emailed many times no one is taking my calls ************ has been stressful as before they were in constant contact with my husband and now no answer from network capital

    ***** has called me from this company 4 times now. When I asked him to stop, that I am not the person he's looking for, and that I am on the national do not call list, he said the following derogatory remarks.1. No, you're not, or I would have been blocked from calling you. Nice try.and 2. I only called you once. You can't even count.However, I have prior voicemails from him and call records proving what I said. Not only am I on the national do not call list, but I had already told him not to call me and I am not ***** *****. If he chose not to mark that down, that's on him. Please let your employee know how unprofessional this has been and that he is exposing your company to liability.

After reviewing our records, we found that our agent spoke with the consumer twice, and there was no request to opt out of further calls or be added to our "Do Not Call" list. We have now added the number to our internal DNC list, and the consumer should not receive any additional calls within the next 72 hours.

    We decided to not move forward with a refinance at this time, and the company has continuously harassed my husband and I via phone, text, and email. This will not be tolerated. My husband and I are educated people. I have a Masters Degree, and my brother is lawyer with a top 25 law firm that handles contracts. I know my rights, and will move forward with additional action if necessary.

    I have had now over 50 phone calls from this company in past 4 months !!! I have asked them several times to take me off their call list. They said they would and still the calls now coming every other day !!!! I am on the National Do NOT Call list for years now as well. I have blocked every number they have called from. Yet they keep calling me. Insanity! Please help them stop !!!

    THIS WAS A PAID LOAN #********** (ACTUALLY TRANSFERRED TO ANOTHER COMPANY). I REC'D A LETTER STATING UNCLAIMED PROPERTY OF $102.79 ADDRESSED TO ************************************************************** I SIGNED THE FORM AND PROVIDED A COPY OF MY HUSBANDS DEATH CERTIFICATE AS REQUESTED. THEY NOW WANT ME TO DIG OUT A COPY OF THE LAST MORTGAGE. FIRST OF ALL THEY SHOULD HAVE A COPY OF THAT IN THEIR RECORDS THAT SHOWS THE PROPERTY WAS JOINTLY OWNED, PROBABLY IN OUR LIVING TRUST. THEY ISSUED CHECK #******* ON 5/11/21 THAT I NEVER RECEIVED. THEY JUST NEED TO REPLACE IT WITH ANOTHER CHECK. I SPOKE WITH SOMEONE TODAY AND THEY REFUSED TO ASSIST ME WITH OUT THE COPY OF THE MORTGAGE

    ************************* of Network Capital Funding Corporation lied to me about absolutely everything he said he could do trying to get me a lower mortgage payment. I reached out to him and their customer service *************************** to get the hard inquiry off my credit report and was ignored. I told ************************* I had a 5.75% interest rate and he assured me multiple time ls he could get it down to a 5% and remove the private mortgage insurance. I only have about 8-9% equity and mentioned this to him several times and he assured me he could get pmi dropped and a lower interest rate. After given the necessary information ************************* said we would call back with the results within the hour. The next day I had to reach to him for an explanation. His response was a text message "No net benefit, we need higher value of the home or we need the interested to drop" all the things I was saying the entire time he was assuring me he could get me 5% interest and remove pmi. Then no further responses, my credit was ran and because he was a liar refused to share my results. I deserve to see what my credit was ran for. Then I wrote to the customer service division and asked why their employee lied to me and refused to share my results. He asked if he could call so I gave him my phone number, and now cannot be reached. The mortgage situation is screwed up enough as it is, we do not need shady mortgage brokers making it worse. Again... ************ needs to be held accountable for lying to the public

    They repeatedly call me saying they need information to complete my loan request. I havent requested a loan. Stop calling.
