    0 stars. Received a letter stating I was pre-approved for a low interest rate loan. Scanned the code and immediately got a call, caller requested my ssn for a soft inquiry. Stated he was unable to assist with a loan but can help with debt consolidation. Sounded like a great offer..until he requested my bank info prior to showing me anything in writing or signing anything. Very suspicious and I regret doing it.

    I received a flier from Rocketship Financial with regards to being pre-approved for a debt consolidation loan on May 13th 2025. Upon visiting their website and entering the required information I was called by a representative and began the process of setting up an arrangement with the company on May 15th, 2025. After some deliberation I decided to not utilize their program after all and called the phone number I was provided for by my representative to inform them of my ultimate decision on May 16th 2025. While I was assured that no further action to cancel the pending agreement would be necessary on my part I mailed signed copy of my right to cancel to the relevant address I was provided to ensure full compliance with proper procedures.
