Representative (****) left text message on my phone while I was at work and couldn't answer his phone call because I had a customer, called again and left me a very upsetting voicemail calling me disgusting! I'm sorry but I can't answer my phone while I'm at work, I've been busy and working late and tried to call him back on Friday with no answer. Also accused me of blocking his number which I didn't but ok, won't be doing business with this company and hope no one else does!

My experience is specific to 1 individual at Rocketship and for anyone wondering this the first BBB review I have written. Those of you experiencing financial distress are well aware of the barrage of mail we receive indicating you are "Pre-Selected for a Flexible Personal Loan" up to $118,000 in my specific case. I called Rocketship, explained I'm enrolled w/a debt consolidation company and I was only interested in exploring - A Flexible Personal Loan up to 25k. After 15 minutes **** told me I passed all prequalifications and after a final review by underwriting we could move forward with the loan. The following day I had the unpleasant distinction of speaking with one *****************. He started to pitch me on their debt consolidation program. When I explained I was already in a program and made that clear to **** his colleague, he yelled "Well than you should know you can't get a personal loan and I wish you wouldn't waste our time". ***************** is an unprofessional s****** **************** post covid is dead. ******* at rocket ship financial was extremely rude and short. Unfortunately, for a company that claims to help you this guy seemed agitated if you asked questions that was not on the script that he was reading from. I am extremely disappointed that I provided personal information to this organization and feel really violated by his demeanor. The so called A rating is obviously from members of the company. Full of niceties, with a lack of true service. If you find yourself in need of financial help, this business will not be the solution. One is better off with going at their financial issues with basic methods of prudent cut backs and spending, you'll gain more faster and feel alot safer doing it.Rocketship Financial Corporation Response

I had a great experience with Rocketship, in particular *************************, who was not only personable and responsive, but also went above and beyond to proactively guide me through the process. Kudos also to ***** supporting team. While I didn't end up going through with the debt consolidation as I had some other options come through, I had a good experience.Review from James M
