1 starZero stars! Once this company gets your contact info they will sell it out to what appears to be hundreds or thousands of scammers. Every single day for over a year now there's been multiple spam/scam calls and texts. I've blocked hundreds of numbers so far and yet they still persist. I've had the same phone number for 25 years and Never experienced anything like this before, that is until loandepot got my contact info online.Review fromDan L

1 starNo one knows whats theyre doing in this company, not even the higher REMOVEDAVOID AT ALL COSTS. If you're a real estate agent and never worked with them before, please please advise your clients literally ANY OTHER LENDER BUT THESE JOKERS. Heck, even rocket mortgage or Zillow home loans are 100% better.

1 starI tremendously regret doing business with Loan Depot. I borrowed $40,000 with an agreement of a monthly payment of $408 a month. However, after several months they tripled my payment to over $1200. The next month my payment increased of over $1600 a month; which it has been for the last several months. Ive had to take out a personal loan, at a lower interest rate, to pay them off.LoanDepot

1 starThey repeatedly call over and over. I probably have hundreds of calls from them in my call history, even though I told them to stop contacting me and that I'll never do business with them. I was talking with them earlier today and as soon as I started asking to be added to their do not call list again, he sarcastically started to pretend that he could no longer hear me. I can't remember how many different numbers I've had to block from Loan Depot.This is obviously an unprofessional company or at minimum, employ unprofessional, low intelligence people. I wouldn't trust these people to run a bath for me let alone manage a loan for me.LoanDepot

5 starsThe whole process of calling to seek the loan, talking to the various representatives, going onto the portal, followup questions, responding quickly, ensuring the funds are wired onto the account, and explanation of the whole process is just the best! Long ago, my wife and refinanced our home in REMOVED, Dc and the whole process took 3 weeks or less! Because of my previous experience with Loan Depot, I decided to call again! Lo and behold, this loan process was done professionally and quickly! I highly recommend anyone who is seeking a loan to go to Loan Depot! Thank everyone for their REMOVEDLoanDepot

2 starsI have unfortunately been with this company for about two maybe three years now. I did not sign up with this crappy company but my loan was transferred to this company from the previous company automatically. Now that I'm with this crappy company, I hate it and I hope they transfer my loan as soon as possible, yesterday! The problem is about twice a year they send me a letter with the same problem, they want me to provide hurricane insurance coverage from my condo in REMOVED. Long story short, I call loan Depot to address the surprising problem. I let them know I have wind coverage included and as soon as I provide them proof by having to go to my insurance company get the proof and then go back to REMOVEDand give it to them. They then realize that everything is good to go after all. Such a nuisance to work with, I hope and I hope so often that they sell my loan to somebody else! Maybe you might have a nice loan officer that helps you but please do not join this company even if the face you're working with is nice cordial and everything you want them to be. The company they represent is hot garbage!LoanDepot
